Note: The higher the power supply voltage, the greater the output power. The smaller the impedance of the speaker, the greater the output power. It is recommended to use 4ohm speakers for optimal performance.

5. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble and connect your XY-Y100H amplifier module.

5.1 Component Identification

5.2 Assembly Steps

Attach Aluminium Alloy Shell: Use the provided M2*14mm copper columns and M2*3mm screws to secure the PCB board between the two aluminium alloy shell components. Refer to Figure 5.3 for guidance.
Install Knob Cap: Place the 6mm knob cap onto the potentiometer shaft.
Connect Speakers: Connect your passive speakers to the 'SPKL' (Left Speaker) and 'SPKR' (Right Speaker) terminals. Ensure correct polarity (+ and -). The module supports 2.0 channel stereo output.
Connect Power: Connect a DC 9V-24V power supply (12V or higher recommended, >5A) to the DC-005 input socket.
Optional: Connect External Antenna: If using an external Bluetooth antenna, connect it to the IPEX External Antenna Socket.

5.3 Important Considerations

Ensure all connections are secure before powering on the device.
The power amplifier board should be positioned as far away as possible from strong signal sources (e.g., Wi-Fi routers) to avoid signal interference.
Use a power supply that meets the specified voltage and current requirements (DC 9V-24V, >5A).

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

Locate the independent power switch on the module. Slide it to the 'ON' position to power on the amplifier. Slide it to 'OFF' to power off.

6.2 Volume Control

Rotate the 360° potentiometer knob clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease volume.

6.3 Input Mode Selection

The module supports Bluetooth, AUX, and USB audio inputs. The input mode can be switched using the multi-function knob or the remote control.

Multi-function Knob: Click the volume knob once for Play/Pause. Click twice for Next Music. Click thrice to switch between Bluetooth, AUX, and USB input modes. Keep pressing the knob to turn ON/OFF the module.

6.4 Bluetooth Connection

Ensure the amplifier module is powered on and in Bluetooth mode.
On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), search for available Bluetooth devices.
Select 'XinYi' or the customized Bluetooth name of your module from the list.
If prompted, enter the Bluetooth password (if one has been set).
Once connected, audio from your device will play through the amplifier.

6.5 AUX Input

Connect an audio source (e.g., MP3 player, computer) to the 'AUX Audio In' port using a 3.5mm audio cable. Switch the amplifier to AUX input mode.

6.6 USB Audio Input

Insert a U-disk (USB flash drive) containing audio files into the 'USB Audio Input' port. Switch the amplifier to USB input mode. The module will automatically play audio files from the U-disk.

6.7 Remote Control Operation

The included remote control provides convenient access to various functions:

Power Button: Turn ON/OFF the module.
MUTE Button: Mute/unmute audio output.
Mode Button: Switch between input modes (Bluetooth/AUX/USB).
Play/Pause Button: Play or pause current audio.
Prev/Next Music Buttons: Skip to the previous or next track.
VOL - / VOL + Buttons: Decrease or increase volume.
EQ Button: Switch equalization modes.
Numerical buttons (0-9) are reserved and unavailable for this module.

6.8 APP Control (Sinilink APP)

The XY-Y100H module can be controlled via the Sinilink mobile application. Follow these general steps:

Download and install the Sinilink APP on your smartphone.
Open the APP and either log in, register, or proceed as a guest (guest mode may have limited functionality, typically Bluetooth only).
In the APP, add a new device and select 'Bluetooth devices'.
Search for 'XinYi' or the customized Bluetooth name of your module.
Once connected, you can use the APP to:

Turn ON/OFF Prompt Voice
Modify Bluetooth Name
Enable/Disable Bluetooth Password
Modify Bluetooth Password
Switch Bluetooth/AUX/USB Audio Input
Switch EQ and play mode for USB
Adjust Volume for Prompt Voice

7. Maintenance

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the module. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
Storage: Store the module in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation around the module during operation to prevent overheating. Do not block the heat sink.
Power Off: Always power off the module before making any connections or disconnections.

8. Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
No power	Power switch off; incorrect power supply; loose power connection.	Ensure power switch is ON. Verify power supply voltage (DC 9V-24V) and current (>5A). Check power cable connection.
No sound	Incorrect input mode; volume too low; speaker connections loose; faulty audio source.	Select correct input mode (Bluetooth/AUX/USB). Increase volume. Check speaker wire connections. Test with a different audio source.

Distorted sound	Volume too high; impedance mismatch; poor audio source quality.	Reduce volume. Ensure speakers are 4ohm or 8ohm. Use a high-quality audio source.
Remote control not working	Batteries dead; IR receiver blocked; remote too far.	Replace remote control batteries. Ensure line of sight to the IR receiver. Move closer to the module.
