Setup Instructions

These side panels are designed to fit most 3 x 3(m) or 3 x 6m pop-up canopy tents. Please note that the gazebo frame is not included.

  1. Prepare the Gazebo Frame: Ensure your pop-up gazebo frame is fully extended and securely set up according to its own instructions.
  2. Identify Panel Orientation: Each panel features a window and a zipped door. Decide on the desired placement of these features around your gazebo.

    Locate the hook-and-loop straps along the top and sides of each panel. Wrap these straps around the corresponding poles of your gazebo frame.

    Securely fasten all straps to ensure the panel is taut and properly attached.

  4. Repeat for Second Panel: Attach the second panel in the same manner.
  5. Check Stability: Once both panels are attached, ensure they are securely fastened and do not flap excessively in light breezes.

Operating the Side Panels

Zipped Doors

Each side panel is equipped with a zipped door for easy access.

  • To open the door, simply unzip it completely.
  • For full ventilation or easy entry/exit, the door can be rolled up and secured with the attached ties.

Windows

The panels feature transparent windows to allow light into the gazebo and provide views of the surroundings.

  • The windows are fixed and do not open.
  • They are designed to provide light transmission and visibility while offering protection.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Wipe down the Oxford cloth material with a damp cloth and mild soap.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric.
  • Allow panels to air dry completely before storing to prevent mildew.

Storage

  • When not in use, detach the panels from the gazebo frame.
  • Fold them neatly and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Panels do not fit my gazebo.

  • Ensure your gazebo is a 3x3(m) or 3x6m pop-up canopy tent. These panels are specifically designed for these sizes.
  • Verify that the gazebo frame is fully extended and locked into position.

Panels are flapping in the wind.

  • Check that all hook-and-loop straps are securely fastened around the gazebo poles.
  • Ensure the gazebo frame itself is properly anchored to the ground.

Zippers are stiff.

  • Apply a small amount of zipper lubricant or wax to the zipper teeth.
  • Ensure the fabric is not caught in the zipper.
