• Electrical Safety: Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved. Ensure power is turned off at the circuit breaker before installation or maintenance.
• Voltage: This product operates directly at 120V AC. Do not connect to any other voltage supply. No additional transformers are required.
• Grounding: Proper grounding is essential to ensure safety.

5. Installation

These step lights are designed for straightforward installation directly into a 120V AC electrical circuit. A junction box (not included) is required for proper wiring.

5.1 Pre-Installation Steps

1. Turn off Power: Before starting any electrical work, ensure the power supply to the installation area is completely turned off at the circuit breaker.
2. Prepare Location: Ensure you have a suitable junction box installed in the desired location for each step light. The lights can be mounted horizontally for corridor walls or vertically for stair steps.
3. Select Color Temperature: Before wiring, locate the CCT (Color Correlated Temperature) toggle switch on the back of the light fixture. Select your desired color temperature (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K). This setting cannot be changed after installation without removing the fixture.

5.2 Wiring Instructions

1. Connect the black wire from the step light to the live (black) wire from your electrical circuit.
2. Connect the white wire from the step light to the neutral (white) wire from your electrical circuit.
3. Connect the green wire from the step light to the ground (green or bare copper) wire from your electrical circuit.
4. Secure all connections with appropriate wire connectors (e.g., wire nuts).

5.3 Mounting the Fixture

1. Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
2. Align the step light with the junction box and secure it using the provided screws. Ensure the fixture is flush with the mounting surface.
3. Once secured, restore power at the circuit breaker and test the light.

6. Operation

Once installed and powered, the Energetic LED Step Lights will illuminate according to the selected color temperature. These lights are designed to be controlled by a standard wall switch or a compatible dimmer switch.

6.1 Color Temperature Selection

The desired color temperature must be selected using the CCT toggle switch on the back of the fixture prior to installation. The available options are:

• 2700K: Soft Warm White
• 3000K: Warm White
• 3500K: Neutral White
• 4000K: Cool White
• 5000K: Daylight

6.2 Dimming Functionality

These step lights are compatible with most standard LED dimmers, allowing for smooth dimming from 5% to 100%. Connect the lights to a compatible dimmer switch to adjust the brightness to your preference.

7. Maintenance

The Energetic LED Step Lights require minimal maintenance. Follow these guidelines to ensure optimal performance and longevity:

• Cleaning: Ensure power is off before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surface of the fixture. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish or electrical components.
