1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your DADYA 12-Channel Remote Control Tower Crane. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the product to ensure safe and correct usage. 2. Safety Information

Please observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the product:

4. Setup

4.1. Battery Installation

Remote Control Battery:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert two (2) 1.5V AA non-rechargeable batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Crane Body Battery:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the base of the crane.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Connect the 7.2V rechargeable battery to the crane's power connector.
4. Place the battery inside the compartment and close the cover securely.

4.2. Charging the Crane Battery

Before first use, fully charge the 7.2V rechargeable battery.

1. Connect the 7.2V rechargeable battery to the charging cable.
2. Plug the charging cable into a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
3. The charging time is approximately 3-4 hours. Do not overcharge.
4. Disconnect the battery once charging is complete.

4.3. Assembly

Assemble the tower crane by connecting the tower sections and boom as per the diagrams. Ensure all connections are firm and secure. The crane has a stretch size of 70cm × 18cm × 48cm when fully assembled.

5. Operating Instructions

The crane operates on a 2.4GHz frequency, providing a remote control distance of approximately 50 meters. The remote control offers 12 channels for various functions.

• Indicator Light: Shows power and connection status.

5.2. Crane Functions

3. Move the hook to the left.
4. Move the hook to the right.
5. Move the hook down (lowering).
6. Move the hook up (lifting).
7. Sound and light activation.

9. Infinite rotation of the turntable.
10. Hook moves to the left + hook drops.
11. Hook moves right + hook drops.
12. Hook moves right + hook rises.

5.2.1. Turntable Rotation

5.2.2. Hook Horizontal Movement

The alloy hook can be moved left and right along the boom to position it over the desired load.

The hook can be raised and lowered to lift and transport items. Ensure the load does not exceed 500 grams.

6. Maintenance

• Clean the crane and remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
• Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
