3. Setup and Installation
Professional installation is recommended for this product. Ensure the vehicle's power is disconnected before beginning installation.
3.1 Pre-Installation Check
Before installing the new car radio, compare the original dashboard layout with the new unit to ensure compatibility. The unit is designed to fit Opel Astra J and Buick EXCELLE Verano (2010-2014) models.

3.2 Wiring Connections
- Power Cable: Connect the provided power cable to the vehicle's wiring harness. Ensure all connections are secure.
- GPS Antenna: Mount the GPS antenna in a location with a clear view of the sky, typically on the dashboard or under the windshield. Connect it to the designated port on the car radio.
- Rear View Camera: Connect the rear view camera cable to the camera input port on the car radio. Route the camera cable to the rear of the vehicle and install the camera.
- USB Cables: Connect the USB cables for external devices or for wired Carplay/Android Auto.
- Canbus Box: If your vehicle supports Canbus, connect the Canbus box as instructed. This synchronizes vehicle data like parking sensors and climate display. Note: Use the 36-pin cable for small connectors and the 40-pin cable for large connectors for A and B connections.

3.3 Initial Power On

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Wireless Carplay and Android Auto
The car radio supports both Apple Carplay and Android Auto. You can connect your smartphone wirelessly via Bluetooth or using a USB cable.
- Wireless Connection: Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and the car radio. Pair your phone with the car radio. Once paired, select the Carplay or Android Auto icon on the radio's screen.
- USB Connection: Connect your smartphone to one of the USB ports using a compatible USB cable. The system should automatically detect and launch Carplay or Android Auto.
Once connected, you can access your phone's navigation, music, calls, and messages directly on the car radio display.

4.2 GPS Navigation
The unit features an integrated GPS system for accurate positioning and stable signal reception. It supports both online and offline maps.
- Online Maps: Connect the car radio to Wi-Fi (see section 4.5) to use online navigation services.
- Offline Maps: Download offline map data to the unit's internal storage for navigation without an internet connection.
Access the navigation application from the main menu to input destinations and receive turn-by-turn directions.

4.3 FM/RDS Radio
Tune into your favorite radio stations using the built-in FM/RDS radio tuner.
- Select the 'Radio' application from the main menu.

- RDS (Radio Data System) provides additional information such as station name and program type where available.

4.4 Bluetooth Hands-Free Calling and Music
Connect your smartphone via Bluetooth for hands-free calling and audio streaming.
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone and the car radio.
- Search for available devices on your phone and select the car radio.
- Once paired, you can make and receive calls directly from the car radio screen. The phonebook will automatically load.
- Stream music from your phone to the car radio's speakers.
4.5 Wi-Fi Connection
Connect the car radio to a Wi-Fi network to access online features, download apps, and update software.
- Go to 'Settings' on the car radio.
- Select 'Wi-Fi' and turn it on.
- Choose your desired Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password if required.
- Once connected, you can download apps like YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify from the App Store.
4.6 Rear View Camera

4.7 Steering Wheel Control

- If your car does not support Canbus, you may need to manually configure the steering wheel buttons through the radio's settings menu.
- Navigate to 'Settings' and find the 'Steering Wheel Control' option.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to assign functions to each button.
