3. Operating

Once your buckle is attached and the belt is adjusted to your size, simply wear it as you would any standard belt. The 1.5-inch width is designed to fit most standard belt loops on jeans and casual pants.

The snap-on system allows for quick changes of buckles, enabling you to match your belt to different outfits or occasions. Ensure the snaps are securely fastened after changing buckles to prevent accidental detachment.

4. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your BELTROAD Western Leather Belt Straps, follow these care instructions:

  • Cleaning: Clean the belt strap using a dry cloth. Gently wipe away any dust or dirt. Avoid using wet cloths or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the leather.
  • Storage: Store the belt in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Coiling the belt loosely or hanging it can help maintain its shape.
  • Avoid Water: Leather can be sensitive to water. If the belt gets wet, blot it immediately with a dry cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Do not use heat sources to dry it.
  • Conditioning (Optional): Periodically, you may apply a small amount of leather conditioner to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking. Follow the conditioner product's instructions carefully.

5. Troubleshooting

Issue: Slight Leather Scent

Upon arrival, you may notice a slight natural leather scent. This is normal for new leather products.

Solution: We recommend ventilating the belt straps by leaving them in a well-aired space for a while upon arrival. The scent will dissipate over time.
