2. Key Features

• USB4 Compatibility: Supports USB4 for up to 40 Gbps bandwidth, ensuring efficient handling of multiple data and display protocols. Also backward compatible with USB 3.2, USB 2.0, and Thunderbolt 3.
• Dual HDMI Ports: Connect two external monitors for extended or duplicated display modes. One HDMI port supports up to 8K@30Hz resolution.

3. Setup Guide

Setting up your Feeltek USB-C Hub is a straightforward process. No drivers are required for most operating systems.

1. Connect to Host Device: Plug the USB-C connector of the hub into the USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4 port on your laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
2. Connect Peripherals:
   • Displays: Connect your HDMI monitors to the HDMI ports on the hub. Ensure your cables are securely connected.
   • USB Devices: Plug in your USB-A or USB-C peripherals (e.g., flash drives, keyboards, mice) into the corresponding USB ports.
   • Network: For a wired internet connection, connect an Ethernet cable from your router/modem to the RJ45 port on the hub.
   • Power Delivery: If your host device requires charging, connect your USB-C power adapter to the USB-C PD input port on the hub. The hub will pass through power to your device.
3. Verify Connection: Your operating system should automatically detect the connected devices and displays. You may need to adjust display settings in your OS for extended or mirrored modes.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Display Output

The hub supports single 8K@30Hz output or dual display configurations. For dual monitors, your operating system's Multi-Stream Transport (MST) mode allows you to extend your desktop across two external displays or duplicate your primary display.

• Extended Mode: Each monitor displays different content, expanding your workspace.
• Mirror/Duplicate Mode: Both monitors display the same content as your primary screen.

Adjust display settings via your operating system's display preferences (e.g., Windows Display Settings, macOS System Settings > Displays).

4.2. Data Transfer

Utilize the various USB ports for high-speed data transfer:

• USB4: Up to 40 Gbps for compatible devices.
• USB 3.2 / USB 3.1 Gen2: Up to 10 Gbps.
• USB 3.1 Gen1 / USB 3.0: Up to 5 Gbps.
• USB 2.0: Up to 480 Mbps.

Simply plug your USB devices into the appropriate ports. For optimal performance, ensure your devices and cables support the desired USB standard.

4.3. Power Delivery

The USB-C PD port allows for pass-through charging of your host device. Connect your original USB-C power adapter to the hub's PD port. The hub can deliver up to 100W of power to your connected laptop, tablet, or smartphone, depending on your power adapter's output and the device's power requirements.

4.4. Network Connectivity

The integrated Gigabit Ethernet port provides a stable and fast wired internet connection, ideal for situations where Wi-Fi is unreliable or unavailable. Simply connect an Ethernet cable from your network source to the RJ45 port on the hub.

5. Compatibility

5.1. iPhone 15 Compatibility

The hub is compatible with iPhone 15 series devices. Please refer to the compatibility table below for specific functionalities with different Feeltek models and iPhone 15 variants.

7. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Feeltek USB-C Hub, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the hub. Avoid using liquid cleaners or aerosols, as they may damage the device.
• Storage: Store the hub in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Handling: Avoid dropping the hub or subjecting it to strong impacts. Do not bend or pull the attached USB-C cable excessively.
• Ventilation: Ensure the hub has adequate ventilation, especially during prolonged use, to prevent overheating. The metal chassis is designed for excellent heat dissipation.
• Disconnect Safely: Always disconnect the hub and connected devices safely from your computer to prevent data corruption or damage.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Feeltek USB-C Hub, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• No Display Output:
  • Ensure the USB-C connection to your host device is secure and that your device's USB-C port supports video output (DisplayPort Alternate Mode).
  • Check HDMI cable connections to both the hub and the monitor.
  • Verify monitor input settings are correct (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2).
  • Try restarting your host device.
  • For macOS, check System Settings > Displays. For Windows, right-click on the desktop and select Display settings.
• USB Devices Not Recognized:
  • Ensure the USB device is properly plugged into the hub.
  • Try connecting the USB device directly to your host device to confirm it's functional.
  • Disconnect and reconnect the hub from your host device.
  • Some high-power USB devices may require external power or a powered USB hub.
• No Power Delivery (Charging):
  • Ensure your USB-C power adapter is connected to the hub's PD port and is functional.
  • Verify that your power adapter provides sufficient wattage for your host device (e.g., 60W, 100W).
  • Check if your host device's USB-C port supports Power Delivery input.
• No Ethernet Connection:
  • Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the hub and your router/modem.
  • Check network settings on your host device.
  • Try a different Ethernet cable.
• Hub Overheating:
  • While the metal chassis is designed for heat dissipation, prolonged heavy use (e.g., 8K video output, multiple high-power devices) can cause the hub to become warm. This is normal.
  • Ensure adequate airflow around the hub.
  • If the hub becomes excessively hot, disconnect it and allow it to cool down. Reduce the number of connected high-power devices if the issue persists.
