The AIRROBO T20+ is an advanced robot vacuum and mop combo designed to provide a comprehensive and hands-free cleaning experience. Featuring USLAM Air 5.0 and LiDAR navigation, it intelligently maps your home for efficient cleaning paths. This device offers 3-in-1 sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping functionalities, complemented by a self-emptying station for up to 60 days of maintenance-free operation. Control is convenient via the dedicated app, remote, or voice commands.

Setup

1. Initial Charging: Before first use, ensure the robot vacuum is fully charged. Place the robot onto the automatic dust collection station. The battery indicator on the station will show charging status. It is recommended to charge for 15 minutes to activate the battery if the vacuum cleaner cannot be turned on upon receipt.
2. Station Placement: Position the self-emptying station against a wall in an open area, ensuring no obstacles within 1.5 meters in front and 0.5 meters on either side.
3. App Download & Connection: Download the AIRROBO app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot vacuum to your home Wi-Fi network. Note: The device only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
4. Home Mapping: Once connected, initiate the mapping process through the app. The robot will use its LiDAR navigation system to create an accurate map of your home, which is essential for efficient cleaning and setting up customized cleaning areas.

Operating

The AIRROBO T20+ offers versatile cleaning modes and smart navigation for optimal performance.

• LiDAR Navigation (USLAM Air 5.0): The advanced navigation system creates precise maps and plans efficient cleaning routes, minimizing repetition and ensuring thorough coverage. It features 360° anti-collision and fall prevention to avoid obstacles and stairs.

• 3-in-1 Sweeping, Vacuuming & Mopping: Easily switch between modes using the app. The robot is equipped with a 350ml dust box and a 340ml water tank. Choose from 4-level suction modes and 3-level water output to suit different floor types and cleaning needs.

• Smart App & Voice Control: Utilize the AIRROBO app to set cleaning schedules, change cleaning modes, adjust suction levels, and manage water output. The robot is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant for convenient voice control.

• Customized Cleaning: Create No-Go Zones to restrict the robot from entering specific areas (e.g., pet bowls, delicate items). Set Virtual Walls to define boundaries, and No-Mop Zones to prevent mopping on carpets or rugs.

• Automatic Return Charging: The robot automatically returns to its charging station when the battery is low, ensuring it's always ready for the next cleaning session. It boasts up to 180 minutes of runtime on a single charge.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your AIRROBO T20+.

• Self-Emptying Station Dust Bag: The 3.5L dust bag in the self-emptying station can hold up to 60 days of dirt and debris. Replace the dust bag when full.

• Floating Main Brush & HEPA Filter: The robot features a removable rubber floating main brush and a HEPA filter. Regularly clean the main brush to remove tangled hair and debris. Clean or replace the HEPA filter as needed to maintain strong suction.
• Water Tank & Mop Cloth: Empty and refill the water tank as needed. Clean the mop cloth after each mopping session to prevent odors and ensure effective cleaning.

Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:

• Robot gets stuck: Ensure No-Go Zones are properly set in the app for areas where the robot frequently gets stuck (e.g., thin kitchen mats, cluttered spaces). Clear small obstacles before cleaning.
• Cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Confirm your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Ensure the robot is within range of your router. Restart both the robot and your router, then try connecting again.
• Poor suction/mopping performance: Check and clean the main brush and side brushes for tangled hair. Empty the dustbin and clean the HEPA filter. Ensure the water tank is filled and the mop cloth is clean and properly attached.
• Robot not turning on: If the vacuum cleaner cannot be turned on when you receive it, please charge it for 15 minutes and then try again.
