1. Setup and Assembly

1.1 Package Contents

Your GTPLAYER GTS03 Racing Simulator Cockpit is shipped in two separate boxes to ensure safe delivery of all components. Please ensure you have received both packages:

  • Box A: Contains the Racing Seat. Dimensions: 9.3in x 32.7in x 22.8in.
  • Box B: Contains the Alloy Steel Frame components. Dimensions: 6.3in x 33.5in x 22in.

If you receive only one box, please be patient as the other is likely still in transit. Contact customer support if both boxes do not arrive within a reasonable timeframe.

1.2 Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically takes 30-45 minutes for one person. It is recommended to have a second person for convenience during certain steps. All necessary tools, including Allen wrenches, are provided.

  1. Frame Assembly: Begin by connecting the robust 2-inch alloy steel pipes that form the ultra-sturdy frame. Ensure all bolts are finger-tightened initially to allow for alignment, then fully secure them once all components are in place.
  2. Seat Attachment: Secure the racing seat to the main frame. The seat features a robust iron frame, memory foam, and premium leather for comfort and durability.
  3. Headrest and Lumbar Support: Attach the adjustable headrest and lumbar support pillows. These are designed to provide optimal comfort and can be positioned to fit individual body needs.
  4. Steering Wheel Mount: Install the steering wheel platform. This platform is adjustable for both angle and depth, allowing you to customize your driving position.
  5. Pedal Plate: Attach the pedal plate. The plate's position can be adjusted by changing the screw lineup to accommodate different leg lengths and pedal setups.
  6. Shifter Mount: Install the shifter mount. This mount is also adjustable to suit your preferred shifting hand and position.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Adjusting Your Racing Position

The GTPLAYER GTS03 offers extensive adjustability to ensure an optimal and comfortable racing experience for users of various sizes.

  • Seat Recline: The racing seat can recline up to 160 degrees, allowing you to find your ideal racing or relaxation angle. Use the lever on the side of the seat to adjust.
  • Seat Sliding: The seat slides forward and backward on rails, enabling precise adjustment for leg length to comfortably reach the pedals.
  • Steering Wheel Platform: Adjust the steering wheel platform's angle and extension to bring your wheel to the perfect position.
  • Pedal Plate: The pedal plate can be moved along the frame and secured at different points to match your leg length and preferred pedal distance.
  • Shifter Mount: The shifter mount can be positioned on either side of the cockpit and adjusted for height and distance.

2.2 Bluetooth Speaker System

The GTS03 Racing Simulator Cockpit features integrated dual Bluetooth speakers located at the back of the seat, designed to provide an immersive audio experience.

  • Powering On: Locate the Bluetooth electronic box in the pocket on the right side of the seat. Press and hold the power button to turn it on.
  • Pairing: The device will enter pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED). On your gaming console, PC, or mobile device, search for available Bluetooth devices and select 'ACE-PRO' or a similar identifier.
  • Audio Experience: The dual speakers deliver rich mid and high tones, creating a surround sound feel that enhances your racing immersion.

2.3 Hardware Compatibility

  • Supported Brands: The panel's pre-drilled holes are compatible with popular brands such as Logitech, Fanatec, Thrustmaster, and Moza.
  • DIY Options: If your specific hardware does not perfectly align with the existing holes, you can easily drill additional holes to customize the mounting position.
  • Gaming Platforms: The cockpit is compatible with PC, Mac, Xbox, and PlayStation (PS5/PS4).

3. Maintenance

3.1 Cleaning

  • Seat: The premium leather surface of the seat can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the material.
  • Frame: Wipe the alloy steel frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and grime.

3.2 Inspection

  • Regularly check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain the cockpit's stability and safety.
  • Inspect the frame for any signs of damage or wear.

4. Troubleshooting

4.1 Common Issues

  • Missing Parts/Boxes: As the product ships in two boxes, it is possible they may arrive at different times. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for the second box. If parts are still missing, contact customer support.
  • Assembly Difficulties: If you encounter difficulty aligning holes during assembly, ensure all bolts are loosely fitted before tightening any completely. This allows for minor adjustments. Avoid using excessive force or tools like rubber mallets, as this can cause dents.
  • Bluetooth Pairing Issues: Ensure the Bluetooth module is charged and powered on. Check your device's Bluetooth settings to confirm it is searching for new devices and that no other devices are interfering with the connection.
