Setup and Assembly

1. Handle Assembly

The mower features a foldable handle for compact storage and easy assembly. To assemble the handle:

2. Attach the upper handle section to the lower section using the provided bolts, washers, and knobs. Ensure they are securely tightened.
3. Route the power cord along the handle and secure it with the provided clips to prevent it from interfering with operation.

2. Grass Collection Bag Assembly

Assemble the 30L grass collection bag according to the instructions provided with the bag components. Once assembled, attach it to the rear of the mower by lifting the rear flap and hooking the bag onto the designated slots.

3. Adjusting Cutting Height

The mower offers 3 cutting height adjustments (1", 1.6", 2.2" or 26mm, 41mm, 56mm). To adjust the cutting height:

1. Ensure the mower is unplugged from the power source.
2. Locate the wheel mounting positions on each wheel.
3. Adjust the wheel to the desired height setting by moving it to one of the three available positions. Ensure all four wheels are set to the same height.

Operating Instructions

1. Before Starting

• Ensure all assembly steps are complete and secure.
• Check the mowing area for any obstacles.
• Verify the grass collection bag is correctly attached.
• Connect the mower to a suitable outdoor extension cord, ensuring the cord is in good condition and rated for outdoor use.

2. Starting and Stopping the Mower

• To start: Press and hold the safety button, then pull the motor switch lever towards the handle. Release the safety button once the motor starts.
• To stop: Release the motor switch lever. The blade will stop rotating within a few seconds.

3. Mowing Technique

• Mow in overlapping rows to ensure an even cut.
• For best results, avoid cutting more than one-third of the grass height at a time.
• Always direct the discharge chute away from people and objects.
• Manage the power cord carefully to prevent it from being cut by the blade or becoming a tripping hazard.

Maintenance

WARNING: Always disconnect the power cord before performing any maintenance or cleaning.

1. Cleaning

• After each use, clean the underside of the mower deck to remove grass clippings and debris. Use a brush or scraper; avoid using water directly on electrical components.
• Empty and clean the grass collection bag regularly to maintain optimal airflow and collection efficiency.
• Wipe down the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth.

2. Blade Care

• Regularly inspect the blade for sharpness and damage. A dull or damaged blade can lead to poor cutting performance and strain the motor.
