Connecting to Devices
The Ingnok YN05B monitor supports various devices via USB Type-C and mini HDMI. Ensure your device has the necessary ports for connection.
- USB Type-C Connection: Use a full-function USB Type-C cable (included) to connect your device (laptop, smartphone, tablet) to either of the monitor's USB Type-C ports. This single cable can transmit both power and video signal if your device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode and power delivery.
- Mini HDMI Connection: Use a mini HDMI to HDMI cable (included) to connect your device (PC, game console, TV box) to the monitor's mini HDMI port. An additional USB Type-C to USB-A cable or power adapter may be required to power the monitor if using HDMI for video.
Important: For smartphone connections, the smartphone must have a full-function USB 3.1 Type-C port that supports video output. Nintendo Switch (original model) supports USB-C video output, but Switch 2 currently only supports HDMI connection for video output.
