Setup
Unboxing Mango
Before beginning, ensure an adult is present to assist with unboxing and setup. Carefully remove all paper ties securing Mango within the packaging. This includes ties on his feet, left arm, behind the neck, and head. Also, remove the ties on either side of the feeding bottle. Once all ties are removed, Mango can be lifted from the high chair packaging. Retain the high chair packaging for future imaginative play.
Battery Installation
Mango comes with 3 AA batteries already installed, allowing for immediate play. For optimal performance, alkaline batteries are recommended when replacement is needed. To replace batteries, locate the battery compartment on Mango's back, typically secured by a zipper or hook-and-loop fastener. Always ensure the power switch is set to 'OFF' before opening the compartment and replacing batteries.

Operating Mango
Powering On
To begin playing, slide the power switch from 'TRY ME' to the 'ON' position. The power switch is located on Mango's back, usually beneath a fabric flap.
Interactive Touchpoints
- Belly Tickles: Mango has a petting sensor on his belly. Tickle his tummy to hear him giggle. The more you tickle, the longer he will laugh.
- Mouth Button (Feeding/Thumb Sucking): A button is located inside Mango's mouth. When his bottle is correctly pressed into his mouth, or his thumb is placed inside, his mouth will move, and he will make feeding sounds.
- Grippy Hands and Feet: Mango's hands and feet are designed to grip. His hands can hook together, allowing him to hang from objects like branches or your child's arm.
- Movement Reaction: Mango knows when he is being lifted up and down and will react to your movements with sounds and expressions.

Sleep Mode
Mango can fall asleep in a few different ways:
- Lullaby: Lay Mango down and hold your hand on his belly for a few seconds. He will start to hum a lullaby.
- Hanging Upside Down: Hang Mango upside down by connecting his feet around an object. He will doze off to sleep.
- Laying on Back: Lay Mango on his back, and eventually, he will fall asleep.
Waking Mango Up
To wake Mango up, you can:
- Put him in an upright position.
- Insert his bottle or thumb into his mouth.
- Reset him by moving the power switch to 'OFF' and then back to 'ON'.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Mango's face can be easily damaged or marked. Please avoid pulling or scratching it. If Mango's face or fur develops dirt marks, gently wipe with a soft, clean cloth. Do not use detergent or stain removers.
General Care
When Mango is not in use, always change the power switch to the 'OFF' position. If left on, the batteries will drain faster. For best performance and to avoid potential malfunction, do not restrict the movement of his mouth when it's activated.
Troubleshooting
- Mouth Moving Slowly or Not at All:
- Ensure the power switch is set to 'ON' and not in 'OFF' or 'TRY ME' mode.
- Batteries may be low. Low batteries may not allow full function. Replace with fresh AA batteries.
- Mango may be in sleep mode. Trigger the mouth button or turn the power switch to 'OFF' and then back to 'ON'.
- Feeding Not Working / Mouth Not Moving During Feeding:
- Ensure his thumb or bottle is pushed all the way into the mouth.
- Make sure you are not triggering other functions at the same time.
- Not Responding to Belly Tickles:
- Ensure you are touching the stomach area directly.
- Make sure you are not triggering other functions at the same time.
- Check that the power switch is not in 'TRY ME' position.
- Not Responding When Lifting Up and Down:
- Ensure Mango is in an upright position with your hands placed under his arms.
- Try to do little, fast movements rather than big, slow movements.
- Make sure you are not triggering other functions at the same time.
- Check that the power switch is not in 'TRY ME' position.
