Assembly Instructions

Assembly is quick and easy. Please follow the steps below carefully.

Important Pre-Assembly Step:

Figure 1: Before assembly, ensure you remove the black plastic cap from the top of the gas lift cylinder. This cap protects the piston during shipping and must be removed for proper function.

Assembly Steps:

1. Attach Armrests to Seat Cushion: Align the armrests with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure them using the provided screws and allen wrench. Do not overtighten.
2. Attach Armrests to Backrest: Connect the backrest to the armrests, ensuring proper alignment. Secure with screws.
3. Attach Mechanism Plate: Fasten the mechanism plate to the underside of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Assemble Base: Insert the casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
5. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled star base.
6. Connect Seat to Base: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. Apply downward pressure to secure the connection.

Operating Instructions

Your Yaheetech Office Chair is designed for comfort and adjustability. Familiarize yourself with its features:

Height Adjustment:

To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located under the right side of the seat upwards. While pulling the lever, stand up to raise the chair, or remain seated and apply pressure to lower it. Release the lever to lock the height.

Rocking Function:

The chair features a rocking function for added comfort. To enable rocking, pull the same lever (used for height adjustment) outwards. To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards.

Swivel and Mobility:

The chair is equipped with 360° smooth swivel wheels and a sturdy metal star base, allowing for effortless movement and rotation around your workspace.

Maintenance

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your Yaheetech Office Chair, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the PU leather upholstery.
• Regular Checks: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary to prevent wobbling or instability.
• Caster Care: Keep the casters free of hair and debris to ensure smooth rolling.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the PU leather to fade or crack.
