The ZEALOT S79 is a powerful and versatile portable Bluetooth speaker designed for exceptional audio performance in various environments. Featuring robust sound, extended battery life, and durable construction, it is ideal for outdoor adventures, parties, and everyday use. This manual provides detailed instructions to help you get the most out of your speaker.

Getting Started: Setup

Powering On/Off

To power on the speaker, press and hold the power button () located on the control panel until the indicator lights illuminate. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the lights turn off.

Bluetooth Pairing

The ZEALOT S79 utilizes Bluetooth 5.3 for stable and fast wireless connections up to 150 feet. Upon powering on, the speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon ().

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
  2. Search for "ZEALOT S79" in your device's Bluetooth settings.
  3. Select "ZEALOT S79" to connect. A confirmation tone will sound upon successful pairing.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

For an enhanced audio experience, two ZEALOT S79 speakers can be paired together to create a 200W stereo surround system.

  1. Power on both ZEALOT S79 speakers.
  2. Ensure neither speaker is connected to any Bluetooth device.
  3. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press the TWS button (🔗). The speaker will search for another S79.
  4. Once connected, a confirmation tone will sound, and the TWS indicator light will become solid on both speakers.
  5. Connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described above.

Operating Your Speaker

Control Panel Overview

The top panel of the ZEALOT S79 features intuitive controls for easy operation:

  • (Power Button): Power on/off.
  • (Bluetooth Button): Enter pairing mode.
  • M (Mode Button): Switch between playback modes (Bluetooth, TF Card, AUX, USB).
  • 🔗 (TWS Button): Initiate True Wireless Stereo pairing.
  • 📷 (Light Mode Button): Cycle through RGB light modes.
  • EQ (Equalizer Button): Adjust sound profiles (e.g., XBass).
  • (Play/Pause Button): Play or pause audio.
  • - (Volume Down/Previous Track): Decrease volume or go to previous track (long press).
  • + (Volume Up/Next Track): Increase volume or go to next track (long press).

Audio Features

Experience powerful and balanced audio with the S79's 100-watt output (110W Peak), featuring two tweeters and two bass woofers. The unique XBass technology delivers deep, body-shaking bass, while DSP chip support ensures clear, zero-distortion sound up to 40kHz.

Multiple Playback Modes & EQ Customization

Beyond Bluetooth, the S79 supports various playback options:

  • TF Card: Insert a TF (microSD) card with your music files.
  • AUX: Connect external devices via the 3.5mm AUX input.
  • USB Flash Drive: Plug in a USB drive with audio files.

Use the EQ button to cycle through 3 different sound modes, allowing you to customize the audio profile to your preference.

RGB Light Show

Enhance your listening experience with dynamic RGB lighting. Press the Light Mode button (📷) to switch between various light patterns and colors.

Power & Charging

Extended Playtime & Power Bank Function

The S79 is equipped with a powerful 24000mAh battery, providing up to 56 hours of playtime on a single charge (actual playtime may vary based on volume and audio content). Additionally, the speaker can function as a power bank, allowing you to charge your mobile devices via its USB port.

Charging the Speaker

Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the speaker's charging port and to a suitable power adapter. The charging indicator lights will show the battery status.

Maintenance & Portability

IPX6 Waterproof Rating

The ZEALOT S79 is IPX6 certified, meaning it is protected against high-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it suitable for use near pools, at the beach, or in rainy conditions. However, it is not designed for submersion.

Portability

Designed for active lifestyles, the S79 features a built-in handle and comes with a detachable and adjustable tear-resistant shoulder strap for convenient carrying.

Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to a power source using the Type-C cable.
  • No Sound: Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the speaker is correctly paired via Bluetooth or connected via AUX/USB.
  • Bluetooth Pairing Issues:
    • Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing Bluetooth light).
    • Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your device.
    • Forget "ZEALOT S79" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
    • Move the speaker closer to your device and away from potential interference sources.
  • TWS Pairing Failure: Ensure both speakers are fully charged and not connected to any other Bluetooth devices before attempting TWS pairing.
  • Distorted Sound: Reduce the volume on both the speaker and your device. Check the audio source for quality issues.
