3. Initial Setup

Before using your machine for the first time, follow these steps:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or service.
  2. Placement: Place the machine on a stable, level surface, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation around the machine.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Making Coffee/Espresso

  1. Ensure the water tank is filled and the bean hopper contains coffee beans.
  2. Place a cup under the coffee spout.
  3. Press the desired coffee button (e.g., Espresso, Coffee). The machine will automatically grind the beans and brew your drink.
  4. To stop brewing prematurely, press the button again.

4.2 Using Pre-Ground Coffee

  1. Open the pre-ground coffee compartment lid.

  4. Immerse the steam wand into the milk, just below the surface.
  5. Turn the steam knob to release steam. Move the jug up and down to create foam.
  6. Once desired foam is achieved, turn off the steam knob and press the 'Steam' button again to stop.
  7. Clean the steam wand immediately after use with a damp cloth to prevent milk residue from drying.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your machine.

5.1 Daily Cleaning

  • Drip Tray and Coffee Grounds Container: Empty and rinse daily.
  • Brew Group: Remove and rinse under tap water daily. Allow to air dry before reinserting.
