The MAFLYXDA Video Call Security Camera is an indoor surveillance device designed for home security, baby monitoring, pet care, and elderly supervision. 2. Product Components
The package includes the MAFLYXDA Video Call Security Camera and its power supply. Ensure all components are present upon unboxing.

3. Setup Guide
3.1 Powering On
Connect the camera to a power source using the provided Type-C power supply. The camera will power on automatically.
3.2 App Installation and Initial Setup
Download the "Im Cam" application from your smartphone's app store. Follow the on-screen instructions within the app to register an account and add your camera device. During the initial setup, the app may request permissions for location services, contact data, camera access, network access, and Bluetooth access. These permissions are necessary for the camera's full functionality and compliance with regulations. You may adjust these permissions later if desired, though some features might be affected.

3.3 Wi-Fi Connection
The camera supports 2.4G Wi-Fi networks only. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network during the setup process. 5G Wi-Fi networks are not supported by this device.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Two-Way Video and Audio Call
The camera features a built-in 2.8-inch screen and two call buttons for easy communication. You can initiate a video or voice call in two ways:
- From the Camera: Press one of the call buttons on the camera.
- From the App: Click the "video call" option within the "Im Cam" application on your smartphone.
This functionality is ideal for connecting with family members, children, or the elderly remotely.

4.2 Pan, Tilt, and Zoom Control
The camera offers 350° horizontal rotation and 60° vertical rotation, providing comprehensive coverage of your monitored area. You can control the pan, tilt, and zoom functions directly through the "Im Cam" smartphone application.

4.3 Motion Tracking and Voice Alert
Activate the motion-tracking function in the app settings. The camera will automatically track detected movement within its field of view. Upon detection, it will send message alerts and trigger an alarm prompt to your connected device, ensuring you are informed of any activity.

4.4 Night Vision
The camera is equipped with high-performance infrared night vision, allowing for clear image capture even in dark environments. It has a maximum night vision distance of 8 meters (26.25 feet).

4.5 Storage Methods
The camera supports both local storage via an SD card (up to 128GB) and cloud storage options. This allows for 24/7 recording and smart event recording, ensuring your footage is securely saved.

4.6 Device Sharing
You can share access to your camera with up to 5 users through the "Im Cam" app. This allows multiple family members to view live feeds and interact with the camera. To share, click the [share] icon in the app, then [add sharing user], and enter the user's name and "Im Cam" app account. Note that only one user can view the camera feed at the same time.
4.7 Device-to-Device Call
The camera supports video calls between two cameras. After connecting your pan-tilt indoor camera, navigate to the call settings on the device setting page. Select button 1 or 2 to configure, click settings, then select the account and the device to be called, and confirm. Press the configured button (1 or 2) to initiate a video call with the other device. This feature is useful for inter-room communication or monitoring multiple areas.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera lens and body. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Placement: Place the camera on a stable surface or mount it securely to a wall. Ensure it is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture.
- Software Updates: Regularly check the "Im Cam" app for firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Voice Pickup: For clear audio, maintain a distance of at least 9.84 feet (3 meters) from the camera to avoid voice noise.

6. Troubleshooting

| Privacy concerns regarding data. | The manufacturer states that network services use Transport Layer Security protocol encryption technology to ensure the safety of personal information in transmission. You can try to cancel permissions for location services and contact data after Wi-Fi connection is achieved if you have concerns. |
