Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Unscrew the tail cap of the headlamp.
- Insert the provided 21700 Lithium-Ion battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the lamp.
- Remove the small orange insulating disc from the battery if present.
- Screw the tail cap back on tightly to ensure proper contact and water resistance.

2. Initial Charging
It is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the headlamp's USB-C port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., USB wall charger, car charger, power bank, laptop).
- The indicator light on the side switch will show charging status:
- Blue: Charging
- Green: Fully Charged

Operating Instructions
Basic Operation:
- Turn On/Off: Single click the side switch to turn the light ON or OFF.
- Change Brightness Levels: When ON, press and hold the side switch to cycle through Moonlight, Low, Medium, High. Release the switch at your desired brightness.
- Turbo Mode: Double click the side switch from ON to activate Turbo mode. Double click again to return to the previous mode.
- Special Modes (SOS, Strobe, Beacon): Triple click the side switch from ON to activate SOS mode. Double click to cycle through Strobe and Beacon. Single click to turn off.
- Switching LED Types: From ON, triple click the side switch to switch between XP-L (spotlight), LH341D (floodlight), or both combined. Press and hold to cycle through different LED combinations.

Lockout Function:
The lockout function prevents accidental activation of the headlamp.
- Activate Lockout: From OFF, press and hold the side switch for 4 seconds. The light will flash once, indicating it is locked.
- Deactivate Lockout: From locked state, press and hold the side switch for 4 seconds. The light will flash once and turn on in Moonlight mode, indicating it is unlocked.

Power Bank Function:
The HD20 can be used as a power bank to charge other USB-C compatible devices in emergencies.
- Ensure the headlamp has sufficient battery charge.
- Connect your device to the headlamp's USB-C port using a compatible cable.
- The headlamp will begin charging your device.

Charging
The Wurkkos HD20 features an integrated USB-C charging port for convenient recharging of its 21700 Lithium-Ion battery.
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the headlamp's charging port.
- Plug the other end into a standard USB power adapter (5V/2A recommended).
- The LED indicator on the side switch will illuminate blue during charging and turn green when fully charged.
- Charging time may vary depending on the power source.
Battery Level Indicator:
When the headlamp is turned ON, the side switch LED indicator will display the battery status for 5 seconds:
- Green: Battery is good (over 30% charge).
- Red: Battery is low (under 30% charge).
- Flashing Red: Critical battery level, recharge or replace the battery immediately.

Maintenance
