- 2.4GHz Wireless Connection:
Locate the USB receiver, which is magnetically stored under the top cover of the mouse. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer. The mouse will automatically connect. No drivers are required. - Bluetooth Connection (BT1 / BT2):
Turn on the mouse. On the underside of the mouse, locate the mode switch. Switch to either BT1 or BT2 mode. The indicator light will flash, indicating it's in pairing mode. On your device (PC, laptop, MacBook, iPad, Android device), go to Bluetooth settings and search for 'Arctic Fox Mouse' (or similar). Select it to pair. Repeat for a second Bluetooth device using the other BT channel.

- Cursor movement is erratic or slow: Adjust the DPI settings using the DPI button. Ensure the mouse sensor is clean and free from debris. Use on a suitable mouse mat.
- Battery not charging: Ensure the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the mouse and a power source. Try a different charging cable or USB port.
