The Bear Mini Food Chopper is designed for efficient chopping, cutting, and mixing of various food ingredients. It comes with two different capacity bowls for versatile use.

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Bear Mini Food Chopper before use.

  1. Place the chosen bowl (glass or stainless steel) on a stable, flat surface.
  2. Carefully place the stainless steel blade assembly onto the central shaft inside the bowl. Ensure it sits securely.

  3. Add your ingredients into the bowl. Do not overfill the bowl beyond the maximum fill line.
  4. Place the lid securely on top of the bowl. Ensure it is properly aligned and locked into place.
  5. Position the motor unit on top of the lid, aligning the motor shaft with the blade assembly. The motor unit should fit snugly.
  6. Plug the power cord into a suitable 220V electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The Bear Mini Food Chopper features two speed settings for optimal processing of various food types.

Important: For best results and to prevent overheating, operate the chopper in short pulses rather than continuous running, especially for harder ingredients. Allow the motor to rest between pulses.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Bear Mini Food Chopper.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool down.
  2. Disassembly: Carefully remove the motor unit, then the lid, and finally the blade assembly from the bowl. Handle blades with extreme caution.
  3. Cleaning Bowls and Blades: The glass bowl, stainless steel bowl, and stainless steel blades are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots.
  4. Cleaning Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
  5. Storage: Store the assembled or disassembled chopper in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Bear Mini Food Chopper, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Appliance stops during operation.Overheating due to continuous use or processing too hard ingredients.Unplug the appliance and let it cool down for at least 15-20 minutes. Reduce batch size or cut ingredients into smaller pieces. Use pulse function instead of continuous running.
Unusual smell during operation.New appliance smell (normal for first few uses); motor overheating.A slight smell during initial uses is normal. If the smell persists or is strong, unplug immediately and let the unit cool. Ensure not to overload the motor. If the problem continues, contact customer support.
