2. Safety Instructions

Before beginning any exercise program, consult with your physician. It is crucial to follow these safety guidelines to prevent injury and ensure the longevity of your equipment.

  • Always inspect the bench for loose parts, damage, or wear before each use. Do not use if damaged.
  • Ensure all bolts and nuts are securely tightened before and during use.
  • Place the bench on a flat, stable surface. Do not use on uneven ground.

4. Setup and Assembly

  2. Assemble the Base: Attach the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure they are securely fastened.
  3. Attach Upright Supports: Secure the main upright supports to the base frame.
  4. Install Seat and Backrest: Mount the seat pad and backrest pad onto their respective frames. Ensure they are aligned correctly.
  5. Attach Leg Rollers: Slide the foam rollers onto the leg support bar and secure them.
  6. Connect Adjustment Mechanisms: Install the backrest and seat adjustment pins/levers. Test their functionality to ensure smooth operation.
  7. Final Check: Double-check all bolts, nuts, and connections to ensure they are tight and secure before first use.

5. Operating and Usage

The HS-2090HB weight bench offers versatile training options with its adjustable backrest and seat.

5.1. Adjusting the Backrest

The backrest can be adjusted to 10 different positions, from decline to incline, to accommodate various exercises.

  1. Ensure no weight is on the bench.
  2. Locate the backrest adjustment pin/lever.
  3. Pull the pin/lever out, adjust the backrest to the desired angle, and release the pin/lever, ensuring it locks securely into place.

5.2. Adjusting the Seat

The seat can be adjusted to 3 levels to provide optimal support and comfort for different backrest angles and user heights.

  1. Ensure no weight is on the bench.
  2. Locate the seat adjustment pin/lever.
  3. Pull the pin/lever out, adjust the seat to the desired height, and release the pin/lever, ensuring it locks securely into place.

5.3. Transport and Storage
