3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to install your M.2 NVMe 2230 SSD into the enclosure:

  1. Open the Enclosure: Use the provided screwdriver to loosen the screws on the enclosure and carefully remove the outer cover.

  • Slow Transfer Speeds:

    • Confirm that the SSD installed is an NVMe M.2 2230 model. SATA M.2 SSDs are not compatible and will not function.
