4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to assemble and install your DB109 burner head:

3. Adjust Flame: Once lit, adjust the flame intensity using the regulator valve.
4. Adjust Air Shutter: The air shutter allows you to control the air-to-fuel mixture, which affects flame quality. Rotate the air shutter to achieve a strong, blue flame. A yellow or orange flame indicates insufficient air, while a lifting or noisy flame indicates too much air.
