Setup
1. Inserting the SIM Card and MicroSD Card
The BLU C5L MAX supports GSM carriers. To insert your SIM card (and optional MicroSD card for expanded storage):
- Locate the SIM tray on the side of the device.
- Use the provided SIM ejector tool (if applicable) or a small paperclip to open the tray.
- Carefully place your Nano-SIM card(s) and MicroSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards.
- Gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.
2. Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge your BLU C5L MAX. The phone comes with a 2000 mAh Lithium Ion battery.
- Connect the small end of the USB cable to the phone's micro USB port.
- Connect the larger end of the USB cable to the power adapter.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- The battery indicator on the screen will show charging progress.
3. Initial Power On and Setup Wizard
To power on your device:
- Press and hold the Power button (usually on the right side) until the BLU logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language, connect to Wi-Fi, set up your Google account, and configure other initial settings.

Basic Navigation
- Home Screen: Your central hub for apps and widgets.
- Notifications Panel: Swipe down from the top of the screen to access quick settings and notifications.
- App Drawer: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to view all installed applications.
Making Calls
To make a call:
- Tap the Phone icon on the home screen or in the app drawer.

Connecting to Wi-Fi
