The Kiven J-Type 3-Light Dimmable Track Lighting System provides versatile illumination with adjustable pendant lengths and remote-controlled dimming and color temperature adjustments. It is designed for compatibility with J-type 2-wire-1 circuit track systems.

4. Installation Instructions
Before beginning installation, ensure the power supply to the track system is turned off at the circuit breaker.
4.1 Attaching the Track Adapter
- Place the connector (track adapter) into the track groove. Ensure the side with the locking clip is opposite the polar groove on the track.
- Push the adapter towards the track and turn it clockwise 90 degrees to secure it.
- After assembly, turn on the power to confirm the fixture is working properly.
4.2 Removing the Fixture
To remove the fixture, pull the locking clip downwards (away from the track rail) and rotate it 90 degrees counter-clockwise.
4.3 Adjusting Cord Length
The pendant cord length can be adjusted without additional tools. The built-in cable wrapper allows for easy adjustment from 5.1 inches to 47 inches.
- To shorten the cord: Gently push the cord upwards into the canopy.
- To lengthen the cord: Gently pull the cord downwards from the canopy.
5. Operating Instructions
This lighting system is controlled by the included remote control. Two AAA batteries (not included) are required for the remote control.
5.1 Remote Control Functions
- ON/OFF: Press the 'I' button to turn on, and the 'O' button to turn off.
- Brightness Adjustment: Use 'Brightness +' to increase brightness (5% to 100%) and 'Brightness -' to decrease brightness.
- Color Temperature Adjustment: Use 'Temperature Warm White' to adjust towards warmer tones (2700K) and 'Temperature Cool White' to adjust towards cooler tones (6500K).
- Timer Setting: Set the light to turn off automatically after 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
- Group Control: The remote can control up to 8 lights. Use the 'Group Control ON & OFF' buttons (1, 2, 3, 4) to control individual lights or groups.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
To clean the fixture, ensure the power is off. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish or glass.
6.2 Bulb Replacement
Ensure the power is off before replacing bulbs. This fixture uses E26 base bulbs, compatible with up to 60 watts. Carefully unscrew the old bulb and screw in the new one.
7. Troubleshooting
- Remote Control Not Working:
- Check if the indicator light on the remote control illuminates when a button is pressed. If not, replace the two AAA batteries.
- A flashing indicator light on the remote signifies low battery power; replace batteries promptly.
- Light Not Turning On:
- Verify that the power supply to the track system is on at the circuit breaker.
- Ensure the track adapter is correctly installed and secured in the track.
- Check if the bulb is properly screwed in and not faulty.
- Inconsistent Light Operation:
- Ensure the remote control is within the effective operating range (up to 30 meters).
- Minimize obstructions between the remote and the lights.
