4. Installation Guide

The Loupusuo Smart Toilet L01 MAX is designed for easy installation. While professional installation is recommended, this guide provides steps for experienced DIY users. Ensure you have a nearby power outlet and a standard 12-inch rough-in for the toilet.

4.1 Pre-Installation Checks

• Clean the ground thoroughly and ensure it is dry.
• Verify that the ground is horizontal using a level.
• Confirm the sewer line is unblocked.
• Measure the rough-in distance from the wall to the center of the drain hole. It should be at least 300mm (12 inches).

4.2 Step-by-Step Installation

1. Install Angle Valve: Wrap thread seal tape around the interface of the foot valve and install the angle valve into the wall water outlet.
2. Install Water Flow Restrictor: Put the water flow restrictor into the outlet with the small end inside.
3. Prepare Flange: Install expansion screws into the flange.
4. Mount Flange: Mount the flange at the drain hole, ensuring it is securely fastened.
5. Position Toilet: Carefully lift the upper half of the toilet and position the main unit over the flange, aligning the screws with the bottom of the toilet.
6. Secure Toilet: Install the flat washer and nut to secure the toilet to the floor.
7. Connect Water Supply: Keep the braided tube from bending, then connect it with the angle valve and tighten it.
8. Check for Leaks: Open the angle valve to the maximum and check all connections for water leaks.
9. Power On: Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
