1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

• Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum recommended user weight of 350 lbs.

4. Setup and Assembly

The VOCIC Z21 Rollator Walker is designed for quick and easy assembly. Follow these steps:

1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Note the secure packaging with bubble wrap.

2. Install Front Wheels: Identify the front wheels (triangular shaped inserts) and match them to the corresponding triangular openings on the front legs of the main frame. Push the pin and slide the wheel assembly into place. The video shows the wheels are labeled 'A' and 'B' to match the frame sides.
   

   The 8-inch wheels are designed for smooth rolling across various terrains.

3. Install Rear Wheels: Similarly, identify the rear wheels (round shaped inserts) and attach them to the rear legs of the frame. Ensure the brake cables are positioned on the inside. Push the pin and slide the wheel assembly into place. The height of the rear wheels can be adjusted using the three holes on the frame.
   

   The large 8-inch non-slip tires feature enhanced tread for improved traction and stability.
4. Attach Handles: Insert the handles into the top tubes of the frame. Loosen the thumb screw on each handle, slide the handle down until the pin engages in the desired height hole, and then tighten the thumb screw to secure. Ensure both handles are set to the same height.
   

   The handles offer 5 levels of height adjustment, from 31.5" to 36.6", to accommodate various user heights.

5. Attach Backrest: Flip up the small caps on the backrest attachment points. Slide the backrest into place and then flip the caps back down to secure it.

6. Attach Storage Bag: The storage bag attaches to the frame beneath the seat. It features clips that secure it to the frame. Ensure it is properly attached for stability. The bag can also be detached and carried using its shoulder strap.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Folding and Unfolding

• To Unfold: Push down on the side bars until the frame locks into its open position. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged.
• To Fold: Lift the seat upwards by pulling on the center bar located beneath the seat. The walker will collapse inward for compact storage.
  

  The quick-fold design allows for easy indoor storage and outdoor transport, fitting into a car trunk.

5.2. Height Adjustment

• Handle Height: Loosen the thumb screws on the handles, adjust to one of the 5 available height levels (31.5"-36.6"), and re-tighten the screws. Ensure both handles are at the same height.
• Seat Height: The seat can be adjusted to 3 levels (20"-22") by pressing the spring button on the frame and adjusting the seat to the appropriate height.
  

  The dual height adjustment allows for comfortable customization of both the handle and seat positions.

5.3. Braking System

The rollator features a highly sensitive dual-braking system with three modes:

• Free Mode: Brakes are disengaged, allowing the walker to roll freely.
