Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all removable parts (lid, filter basket, pulp container, juice container, food pusher) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.

  1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Insert the pulp container (which is part of the juicer cover) onto the motor base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  3. Place the stainless steel filter basket firmly into the pulp container. Ensure it clicks into place.
  4. Position the transparent lid with the feed chute over the filter basket and pulp container. Align the lid with the motor base.
  5. Engage the safety locking bar by lifting it and hooking it over the lid. The juicer will not operate unless the locking bar is securely in place.
  6. Place the 1-liter juice container under the juice spout.
  7. Ensure the control dial is in the "0" (off) position before plugging the appliance into a power outlet.

Operating Instructions

Prepare your fruits and vegetables by washing them thoroughly. Most fruits and vegetables do not need to be peeled, but citrus fruits should be peeled to avoid a bitter taste. Remove large seeds or pits from fruits like peaches, plums, and cherries. Cut larger items into pieces that fit easily into the feed chute.

  1. Ensure the juicer is correctly assembled and the safety locking bar is engaged.
  2. Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
  3. Turn the control dial to the desired speed:
    • Speed 1 (Low): Suitable for softer fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, grapes, and berries.
    • Speed 2 (High): Ideal for harder fruits and vegetables such as carrots, apples, and celery.
  4. Gradually feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide the food down. Do not force the food, as this can strain the motor and reduce juice yield.
  5. The fresh juice will flow into the juice container, and the pulp will collect in the pulp container.
  6. When you have finished juicing, turn the control dial back to "0" (off) and unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
  7. Allow the motor to come to a complete stop before disassembling for cleaning.

Note: Do not operate the juicer continuously for more than 1 minute on hard ingredients or 2 minutes on soft ingredients. If the motor overheats, the thermal safety system will activate. Turn off the juicer, unplug it, and allow it to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before resuming use.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your juicer. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

  1. Disassembly: Release the safety locking bar, remove the lid, then carefully lift out the filter basket and pulp container.
  2. Cleaning Removable Parts: Wash the food pusher, lid, filter basket, pulp container, and juice container immediately after use. Use warm soapy water and a brush (if necessary) to remove pulp from the filter mesh. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
  3. Cleaning Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
  4. Stubborn Stains: For stubborn stains on plastic parts, you can use a mild abrasive cleaner or baking soda paste. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scouring pads.
  5. Drying and Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the juicer. Store in a cool, dry place.

Caution: The cutting blades on the filter basket are sharp. Handle with care during cleaning.
