Setup Guide

1. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard.
2. Open the battery cover.
3. Insert the two included AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery cover securely.

2. Connecting Your Keyboard

Your Bnnwa keyboard supports dual-mode connectivity: 2.4G USB and Bluetooth. You can connect up to three devices simultaneously (one via 2.4G USB and two via Bluetooth).

2.1. 2.4G USB Connection

1. Take out the 2.4G USB receiver from its storage slot on the keyboard's underside.
2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB-A port on your computer or device.
3. Turn on the keyboard using the power switch (usually located on the side or back).
4. The keyboard should automatically connect to your device. The 2.4G connection uses AEC encryption for secure transmission.

2.2. Bluetooth Connection (BT1 / BT2)

1. Turn on the keyboard using the power switch.
2. Press and hold either the BT1 or BT2 button on the keyboard for 3-5 seconds until the corresponding indicator light flashes rapidly. This indicates pairing mode.
3. On your device (iPadOS, MacOS, Windows, Android, ChromeOS), go to Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for "Bnnwa Keyboard" or a similar name in the list of available devices.
5. Select the keyboard to pair. Follow any on-screen prompts if a pairing code is required.
6. Once paired, the indicator light will stop flashing and remain solid for a few seconds, then turn off.
7. Repeat these steps for a second Bluetooth device using the other BT button.

Operating Instructions

1. Switching Between Devices

To switch between connected devices, simply press the corresponding connection button on the keyboard:

• Press the 2.4G button to switch to the device connected via the USB receiver.
• Press the BT1 button to switch to the first Bluetooth-connected device.
• Press the BT2 button to switch to the second Bluetooth-connected device.

2. Using Shortcut Keys

The keyboard features 12 hotkeys for quick access to essential functions. These keys are typically located on the function (F1-F12) row and can be activated by pressing the Fn key simultaneously with the desired function key.

1. Battery Life and Power Saving

The keyboard is powered by 2 AAA batteries, offering a long-lasting battery life of up to 12 months under normal usage conditions. To conserve power, the keyboard features an environmental-friendly auto-sleep mode. If inactive for 10 minutes, it will automatically enter sleep mode. To wake it up, simply click any key.

2. Cleaning

To maintain your keyboard's appearance and functionality, regularly clean it with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no moisture enters the key switches or internal components. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Troubleshooting

• Keyboard not connecting: Ensure the keyboard is turned on. For 2.4G connection, verify the USB receiver is properly inserted. For Bluetooth, ensure the keyboard is in pairing mode (indicator light flashing) and your device's Bluetooth is enabled and searching. Try re-pairing the device.
• Low Battery Indication: The low battery indicator on the device will flash red when the power is too low. Replace the AAA batteries promptly to ensure uninterrupted use.
