Safety Information

• Tip-Over Restraint: For safety, it is mandatory to use the provided tip-over restraint to secure the cabinet to a wall. This prevents accidental tipping, especially important in households with children.
• Assembly: Assemble the unit on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before beginning assembly.
• Weight Limits: Do not exceed the specified weight limits for the countertop (302 lbs), drawers (55 lbs), and shelves (68 lbs). Overloading can cause structural damage or injury.
• Placement: Place the cabinet on a level, stable surface. Avoid placing it in areas with high humidity or direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
• Children: Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children during assembly.

Assembly Instructions (Setup)

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

1. Prepare the Area: Clear a spacious, clean, and soft area for assembly to prevent damage to the cabinet parts.
2. Identify Parts: Lay out all panels and hardware. Refer to the parts list and diagrams to identify each component.
3. Assemble the Base: Attach the side panels to the bottom panel using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure.
4. Install Adjustable Support Leg: Secure the stainless adjustable support leg to the center underside of the cabinet. This leg provides additional stability and weight capacity.

5. Attach Back Panels: Slide the back panels into the grooves on the side and bottom panels. Secure them with small nails or screws as indicated in the diagram.
6. Install Shelves: Insert the shelf pins into the desired height holes on the side panels. Place the adjustable shelves onto the pins.
7. Assemble Drawers: Construct the two drawers by attaching the sides, back, and bottom to the drawer front. Install the drawer slides onto the drawers and the corresponding cabinet sections.

8. Attach Barn Doors: Install the hinges onto the barn doors and then attach the doors to the cabinet frame. Adjust hinges as necessary to ensure proper door alignment.

9. Install Handles: Attach the black metal handles to the drawers and barn doors.
10. Secure Anti-Tipping Device: Attach the anti-tipping device to the back of the cabinet and then to a wall stud using appropriate wall anchors. This step is crucial for safety.

Usage (Operating)

The VVFLU Sideboard Buffet Cabinet is designed for versatile storage in various rooms.

• Countertop: The spacious countertop can hold items such as coffee makers, microwave ovens, or decorative pieces, supporting up to 302 lbs.
• Drawers: Utilize the two large drawers for storing smaller items, utensils, or accessories. Each drawer supports up to 55 lbs.
• Adjustable Shelves: The interior features adjustable shelves behind the barn doors. Adjust the shelf height to accommodate items of different sizes, maximizing storage potential. Each shelf supports up to 68 lbs.

• Door Operation: The four barn doors open smoothly to reveal the storage compartments.

Material Quality

The VVFLU Sideboard Buffet Cabinet is constructed from high-density MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard), chosen for its durability and smooth finish. This material is less prone to flexing, cracking, or scratching compared to standard particle board.
