Operating Instructions
The TIG welding pedal provides hands-free control over the welding current, allowing for precise adjustments during operation.
Current Adjustment
- Ensure the welding machine is powered on and properly configured for TIG welding with pedal control enabled.
- Place the pedal on a stable, flat surface where it can be comfortably operated with your foot.
- To initiate welding and increase current, press down on the pedal. Pressing the switch activates the gas contactor and increases the welding current within a range of 0 to 200 amperes.
- To decrease current and stop welding, gradually release pressure on the pedal. Releasing the switch closes the gas contactor and decreases the current.
