Setup Instructions

1. Attaching Suction Cups

The pump comes with four rubber suction cups to ensure stable adhesion and reduce resonance noise. Attach these suction cups to the designated slots on the bottom of the pump's base. The base is rotatable, allowing for flexible positioning.

2. Connecting Nozzles and Hose

Select the appropriate nozzle for your water pipe size. The package includes two nozzles for different pipe diameters. Securely attach the chosen nozzle to the pump's outlet. If using a hose, connect it to the nozzle and use the provided stainless steel clamps to fasten it tightly, preventing leaks.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

Once the pump is correctly installed and submerged (or connected for land use), plug the power cable into a suitable grounded electrical outlet. The pump will begin operating immediately. To turn off, simply unplug the power cable.

Adjustable Directional Nozzle

The pump features a nozzle that can be rotated steplessly within a 180-degree range. This allows you to adjust the direction of the water flow to meet your specific needs for fountains, waterfalls, or irrigation.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your VIVOHOME water pump.

Cleaning the Pump and Filter Bag

The nylon filter mesh bag and the pump's inlet filter cover work together to provide double filtration, keeping large debris out. Periodically remove the pump from the water and clean the mesh bag and the pump's filter cover to prevent clogging and maintain optimal flow. Rinse with clean water.

Overload Protection

The pump incorporates overload protection. If the motor temperature reaches 221°F (105°C), the pump will automatically shut down to enhance safety and prevent damage. If this occurs, disconnect the power, allow the pump to cool down, and check for any obstructions or issues before restarting.

Winterization

In freezing temperatures, remove the pump from the water to prevent ice damage. Clean the pump thoroughly and store it in a dry, frost-free location.
