   • Carefully invert the water bottle and place it firmly onto the water barrel seat on top of the dispenser. Ensure it is seated correctly to prevent leaks.
4. Initial Water Flow: Before plugging in, dispense water from both the hot and cold spigots until water flows steadily. This primes the tanks and prevents dry heating.

5. Operating Instructions

Your water cooler dispenser offers three temperature settings: Hot, Cold, and Warm.

5.1. Powering On

1. Ensure the water bottle is properly installed and water has been dispensed from both spigots to prime the system.
2. Locate the green ON/OFF switch at the back of the dispenser. Flip it to the "ON" position to activate the cooling function. The yellow "COLD" indicator light on the front will illuminate.
3. To activate the heating function, locate the heating switch on the front panel (often labeled "HOT WATER" or similar). Press it to the "ON" position. The red "HOT" indicator light will illuminate.

5.2. Dispensing Water

• Cold Water: Place your cup under the cold water spigot. Push the lever back to dispense cold water. Release the lever to stop the flow.
• Hot Water: Place your cup under the hot water spigot. Press the hot water button to dispense hot water. Release the button to stop the flow. Caution: Hot water is very hot (up to 95°C). Exercise extreme caution to prevent burns.
• Warm Water: The dispenser provides ambient temperature water when neither heating nor cooling functions are active, or if the water temperature is within the ambient range (e.g., 26-39°C).

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your water dispenser.

1. Unplug the Dispenser: Always unplug the unit from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Empty Water: Drain all water from both hot and cold tanks by dispensing until no more water comes out.
3. Clean Drip Tray: The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. Slide it out, empty any collected water, wash with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and dry before replacing.
4. Clean Water Barrel Seat: The water barrel seat on top of the dispenser is also removable. Gently lift it off, wash with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Ensure it is completely dry before placing it back.
5. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
