3. Setup and Initial Use
3.1 Unpacking

- Remove all accessories (wire rack, baking tray, rotisserie spit) and wash them in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
3.2 Placement
- Place the oven on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clearance on all sides and above the oven for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the oven near water sources or flammable materials.
3.3 Initial Burn-Off
Before cooking food, perform an initial burn-off to eliminate any manufacturing odors.
- Plug the oven into a grounded power outlet.
- Set the temperature knob to maximum (250°C).
- Set the function knob to both upper and lower heating with the convection fan.
- Set the timer knob to 15-20 minutes.
- Operate the oven in a well-ventilated area. A slight odor and smoke are normal during this process.
- Once the timer expires, turn all knobs to the 'OFF' position and allow the oven to cool.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 General Operation
- Place the wire rack or baking tray with food into the desired position inside the oven.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Set the Temperature Control Knob to the desired cooking temperature.
- Set the Function Selector Knob to the appropriate cooking mode (e.g., Bake, Grill, Convection).
- Set the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time. The oven will start operating, and the power indicator light will illuminate.
- When the set time expires, the oven will automatically turn off, and a bell will sound.
- Carefully remove the cooked food using oven mitts.

- Rotisserie: For roasting whole chickens or larger meat pieces. Secure the food onto the rotisserie spit, place it in the oven's rotisserie supports, and select the rotisserie function on the knob. Ensure a drip tray is placed underneath.
4.3 Preheating
For best results, preheat the oven to the desired temperature before placing food inside. This typically takes 10-15 minutes, depending on the temperature setting.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your oven.
- Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Interior: The non-stick interior can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for non-stick surfaces can be used. Avoid scratching the non-stick coating.
- Accessories: Wash the wire rack, baking tray, and rotisserie spit in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or reusing.
- Door: Clean the glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth.
- Do not immerse the oven body, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
