Unpacking

Gas Connection and LP Conversion
The range is pre-installed for natural gas use and includes a gas regulator. An LP conversion kit is included for conversion to liquid propane gas. This conversion must be performed by a qualified gas technician.

Anti-Toppling Device Installation
An anti-toppling device must be installed to prevent the range from tipping. Refer to the separate installation instructions provided with the anti-toppling bracket.

Cooktop Burner Operation
The range features four sealed burners with varying BTU outputs for diverse cooking needs.
- 18,000 BTU Burner: High power for rapid boiling.
- 12,000 BTU Burner: General cooking.
- 9,000 BTU Burner: Medium heat applications.
- 3,500 BTU Burner: Low heat for simmering.
To ignite a burner, push in and turn the corresponding knob to the "Lite" position. Once the burner ignites, adjust the flame to the desired size.

Oven Operation and Cooking Modes
The 3.73 cu. ft. capacity oven offers six cooking functions for versatile meal preparation.

Storage Drawer
The range includes an additional storage drawer at the bottom, suitable for storing pots, pans, and baking sheets.

Cooktop Cleaning

Oven Interior Cleaning
