A. Boiling Eggs (Soft, Medium, Hard-boiled)

  1. Using the measuring cup, add the appropriate amount of water to the heating plate in the Base. The measuring cup has markings for different egg consistencies (Soft, Medium, Hard).
  2. Use the piercer on the bottom of the measuring cup to gently pierce the large end of each egg. This prevents cracking during cooking.
  3. Place the Steamed Egg Tray onto the Base. Arrange up to 6 pierced eggs on the tray.
  4. Place the Top Cover over the tray and Base.
  5. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
  6. Press the Power Switch. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the cooker is active.
  7. Once the water has evaporated and the eggs are cooked, the buzzer will sound, and the indicator light will turn off automatically.
  8. Unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the Top Cover (steam will be hot).
  9. Using oven mitts or a towel, carefully remove the Steamed Egg Tray with the cooked eggs. Immediately rinse eggs under cold water or place them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process and make them easier to peel.

B. Poaching Eggs or Making Omelets

  1. Add water to the heating plate in the Base using the measuring cup. Refer to the manual's specific water level recommendations for poaching/omelets (typically less water than boiling).
  2. Lightly grease the Poached Egg Bowl with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
  3. For poached eggs: Crack one egg into each section of the Poached Egg Bowl.
  4. For omelets: Whisk 1-2 eggs with desired ingredients (cheese, vegetables, etc.) and pour into the Poached Egg Bowl sections.
  5. Place the Poached Egg Bowl onto the Base.
  6. Place the Top Cover over the bowl and Base.
  7. Plug in the appliance and press the Power Switch. The indicator light will turn on.
  8. When cooking is complete, the buzzer will sound, and the indicator light will turn off.
  9. Unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the Top Cover and the Poached Egg Bowl.
  10. Serve immediately.

Appliance does not turn on. Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the Power Switch is pressed.
Buzzer does not sound. Ensure the appliance is plugged in and the cooking cycle completes. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
