Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the TrueBuds and their charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case and connect the USB charging cable to the case and a power source. The LED indicators on the case will show charging progress and turn off when fully charged.

2. Pairing with a Device

Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case has power.
Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing LED lights on the earbuds.
On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
Search for "TrueBuds" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
Select "TrueBuds" to connect. Once connected, the earbud LEDs will stop flashing.
If pairing fails, close the case, wait 5 seconds, and repeat the steps.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Power On: Open the charging case, or long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Touch Controls

Function	Action
Play/Pause Music	Single tap on either earbud.
Next Track	Double tap on the Right earbud.
Previous Track	Double tap on the Left earbud.
Answer/End Call	Single tap on either earbud.
Reject Call	Long press on either earbud for 2 seconds.
Activate Voice Assistant	Triple tap on either earbud.

Using the Phone Stand

The TrueBuds charging case features a built-in phone stand. Simply pull out the small tab on the front of the case to deploy the stand, then place your smartphone into the groove for hands-free viewing.

Charging

Charging Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED indicators on the earbuds will show charging status.
Charging Case: Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the case and a USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicators on the case will illuminate to show charging progress.
Battery Life: The earbuds provide up to 12 hours of playback on a single charge. The charging case provides multiple additional charges, extending total listening time.

Maintenance

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Water Resistance: The TrueBuds are water-resistant, suitable for light rain or sweat. They are not designed for submersion in water. Ensure earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case.
Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Earbuds not pairing/connecting.	Ensure earbuds are charged. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Forget "TrueBuds" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair. Place earbuds back in case, close lid, wait 5 seconds, then open to re-enter pairing mode.
Only one earbud working.	Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. Try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions if needed).
No sound or low volume.	Adjust volume on your connected device. Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Clean any debris from the earbud mesh.
Charging case not charging.	Check the USB cable and power adapter. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
