4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Adjusting Weight Stack:
To adjust the resistance, insert the selector pin into the desired weight plate in the stack. Ensure the pin is fully inserted before beginning your exercise. The weight stack provides up to 99 lbs (45 kg) of resistance.

4.2. Exercise Stations:
