Setup

1. Unboxing and Initial Charge

2. Loading Thermal Paper

The PeriPage A40 uses thermal paper only. To open the paper compartment, press the two buttons located on the sides of the printer simultaneously. Insert the thermal paper roll or folded thermal paper, ensuring it is aligned correctly. Close the cover firmly until it clicks into place.

4. Driver Installation (for Computers)

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

To power on the printer, press and hold the power button for two seconds. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the device shuts down.

3. Connecting via USB (Computer)

4. Printing Documents

Once connected, you can initiate printing from your chosen application (e.g., PeriPage app, word processor, PDF viewer). Select the PeriPage A40 as your printer and adjust print settings as needed.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Print Head

To maintain print quality, periodically clean the print head. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the print head surface. Ensure the printer is off and cool before cleaning.

2. Paper Handling

3. Battery Care

Troubleshooting

• Printer not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the printer to a power source using the USB Type-C cable and try again.
• Poor print quality or blank prints:

• Printing from computer not working:

  • Remember that Mac OS is not currently supported.
