3.1. Performance and Storage
Equipped with a powerful octa-core processor and 8GB RAM (4GB physical + 4GB virtual memory), the tablet ensures smooth multitasking and fast application loading. The 64GB internal storage is expandable up to 1TB via a TF card, providing ample space for all your files.

3.2. Display and Audiovisual

4. Setup Guide
4.1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your tablet. Connect the Type-C USB cable to the tablet's charging port and the other end to the provided charger. Plug the charger into a power outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging progress.
4.2. Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (usually located on the side or top edge) until the DUODUOGO logo appears.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears. Select "Power off" and confirm.
4.3. Initial Setup Wizard
The first time you power on the tablet, you will be guided through a setup wizard. Follow the on-screen prompts to:
- Select your language.
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
- Sign in with your Google account or create a new one.
- Set up screen lock (PIN, pattern, password).
- Review and accept terms and conditions.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Navigating the Interface
- Touch: Tap an icon or option to select it.
- Touch and Hold: Press and hold an item to access more options.
- Swipe: Drag your finger across the screen to scroll or navigate between screens.
- Pinch: Use two fingers to zoom in or out on photos and web pages.
5.2. Basic Functions
- Home Screen: Tap the Home button (circle icon) to return to the main screen.
- Recent Apps: Tap the Recent Apps button (square icon) to view and switch between recently used applications.
- Back: Tap the Back button (triangle icon) to go back to the previous screen.
- Notifications: Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the notification panel and quick settings.
- Volume Control: Use the physical Volume Up/Down buttons on the side of the tablet.
5.3. Connecting to Wi-Fi
- Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi.
- Toggle Wi-Fi On.
- Select your desired network from the list.
- Enter the password if prompted and tap Connect.
5.4. Using Cameras
Open the Camera app from your home screen or app drawer. You can switch between the front and rear cameras using the camera switch icon. Tap the shutter button to take a photo or start/stop video recording.

6. Maintenance and Care
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your DUODUOGO tablet, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Temperature: Do not expose the tablet to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Water Exposure: This tablet is not waterproof. Avoid contact with liquids.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the tablet in a cool, dry place.
- Software Updates: Regularly check for and install system updates to ensure your tablet has the latest features and security patches. Go to Settings > System > System update.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your tablet, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Tablet won't turn on:
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on.
- Press and hold the Power button for at least 10-15 seconds to force a restart. - Screen is unresponsive:
- Restart the tablet.
- Ensure your hands are clean and dry. - Wi-Fi connection issues:
- Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled in Settings.
