Setup
Before first use, it is recommended to run a full carafe cycle with just water to clean the internal components.
- Remove all packaging materials and stickers from the coffee maker.
- Wash the removable water reservoir, carafe, reusable filter basket, and Ninja Pod Adapter in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
- Place the coffee maker on a clean, dry, and level surface.
- Fill the 60 oz. removable water reservoir with cold, filtered water up to the 'Full' line. Ensure it is securely seated on the base.
- Place the empty 12-cup glass carafe on the warming plate.
- Select the 'Full Carafe' size and 'Classic' brew style. Press the brew button to start a water-only cycle.
- Once the cycle is complete, discard the water from the carafe. Your coffee maker is now ready for use.

Operating Instructions
Brewing Options: Grounds and Pods
The Ninja DualBrew offers versatility with two primary brewing methods: using ground coffee or pre-packaged coffee pods (K-Cups).
The Ninja DualBrew coffee maker is designed to brew both ground coffee and coffee pods, offering flexibility for different preferences.
Using Ground Coffee
- Ensure the Ninja Pod Adapter is removed from the brew basket.
- Place the reusable filter basket or a paper filter (size #4 cone) into the brew basket.
- Use the Ninja Smart Scoop to add your desired amount of ground coffee to the filter. Refer to the scoop markings for recommended amounts based on brew size.
- Close the brew head.
- Place your carafe or mug on the drip tray or foldable single-serve platform.
- Select your desired brew size (Small Cup, Cup, XL Cup, Travel Mug, XL Travel Mug, ¼ Carafe, ½ Carafe, ¾ Carafe, or Full Carafe) using the arrows on the control panel.
- Select your preferred brew style (Classic, Rich, or Over Ice).
- Press the brew button to start.
Using Coffee Pods (K-Cups)
- Ensure the reusable filter basket is removed from the brew basket.
- Insert the Ninja Pod Adapter into the brew basket.
- Place a coffee pod into the adapter, ensuring it is seated correctly.
- Close the brew head firmly until it clicks.
- Place your mug on the foldable single-serve platform.
- Select your desired pod brew size (6, 8, 10, or 12 oz.).
- Select your preferred brew style (Classic, Rich, or Over Ice).
- Press the brew button to start.
Brew Styles
The Ninja DualBrew offers three distinct brew styles to customize your coffee experience:
- Classic: A balanced and smooth coffee experience.
- Rich: A more intense and robust coffee flavor.
- Over Ice: Designed to brew directly over ice, producing a flavorful iced coffee that is not watered down.

Keep Warm Function
When brewing a carafe, the adjustable warming plate will automatically activate to keep your coffee warm for up to 4 hours. You can adjust the warming time or turn it off using the 'Warm' button on the control panel.

60 oz. Removable Reservoir
The large 60 oz. water reservoir is easily removable for convenient filling and cleaning. Simply lift it from the side of the unit.
The transparent 60 oz. water reservoir is easily detachable for refilling and cleaning.
Foldable Single-Serve Platform
For single-serve brewing, the integrated platform can be folded down to elevate your coffee mug, reducing splashing and ensuring a clean brew.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Ninja DualBrew coffee maker.
- Daily Cleaning: After each use, wash the carafe, reusable filter basket, and Ninja Pod Adapter in warm, soapy water or place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.
- Water Reservoir: Clean the water reservoir periodically with warm, soapy water.
- Drip Tray: The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. Empty and wash it regularly.
- Clean Cycle: The 'Clean' button on the control panel indicates when a cleaning cycle is recommended to descale the unit. Follow the instructions in the full manual for descaling.

Troubleshooting
