Product Overview
The BISSELL CrossWave OmniForce is a versatile cordless multi-surface hard floor cleaner designed to tackle both wet and dry messes. It features a dedicated dry vacuum mode for powerful suction on dirt, crumbs, and fur, and a Power Mop mode for simultaneous vacuuming and washing. Equipped with Two-Tank Technology, it ensures cleaning with fresh water and solution, keeping dirty water separate. The Tangle-Free brush roll minimizes hair wrap, and the self-cleaning system maintains the machine's freshness. It's suitable for various hard surfaces and can also refresh area rugs.

Setup
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all components from the packaging, including the main unit, handle, charging dock, and accessories.
- Assemble Handle: Insert the handle into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
- Charge Battery: Place the assembled unit onto the charging dock. Ensure the power adapter is plugged into a wall outlet. The display will indicate charging status. A full charge may take several hours.
- Prepare Clean Water Tank: Remove the clean water tank from the back of the unit. Fill it with warm tap water up to the indicated water fill line. Add the appropriate BISSELL cleaning formula up to the formula fill line. Securely close the tank and reinsert it into the unit.

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the power button on the handle to turn on the unit. The display will light up, showing battery life and current mode.
- Select Cleaning Mode:
- Power Vac Mode (Dry): Press the mode button until the water droplet icon has a line through it. This mode provides powerful suction for dry debris without dispensing solution. Ideal for vacuuming before wet cleaning or for dry messes on carpets/rugs.
- Power Mop Mode (Wet/Dry): Press the mode button until the water droplet icon is visible. This mode allows for simultaneous vacuuming and mopping, dispensing cleaning solution as you move.
- Turbo Mode: For tougher messes, activate Turbo mode by pressing the dedicated button. This increases suction and solution output for enhanced cleaning performance.
- Start Cleaning: Recline the machine by placing your foot on the foot of the unit and pulling the handle back. Begin cleaning by moving the unit forward and backward over the desired area.
- Empty Dirty Water Tank: When the dirty water tank is full (indicated by the float or visual inspection), remove it, empty the contents, rinse thoroughly, and reinsert.

Maintenance
- Self-Cleaning Cycle: After each use, place the unit on the charging dock. Ensure the clean water tank has solution. Press the self-cleaning button on the handle. The unit will run a cycle to clean the brush roll and internal pathways. The display will show the progress.
- Clean Dirty Water Tank & Filter: After the self-cleaning cycle, remove the dirty water tank. Discard the dirty water and any solid debris. Remove the filter and rinse both the tank and filter thoroughly with water. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling to prevent odors.
- Clean Brush Roll: If needed, the brush roll can be removed for manual cleaning. Open the brush roll cover, pull out the brush roll, and rinse it under running water. Allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
