1. Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your LEYSRIS PCR-2126 Postal Digital Livestock Scale. Designed for accuracy and durability, this scale is suitable for weighing various items, including pets, livestock, and packages, up to a maximum capacity of 440lbs (200kg). Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure safe and efficient operation.
2. Package Contents
Verify that all components listed below are present in your package:

Note: The wrench shown in some installation videos is not included in the package.
3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to set up your LEYSRIS PCR-2126 scale:
- Unpack the Scale: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The white protective film on the scale surface should be removed after checking the product for any damage.
- Accessory Retrieval: Locate the four screws on the underside of the scale. Unscrew them to open the compartment and retrieve the accessories (LCD display, adapter, batteries, feet mats, screws, and manual).
- Install Feet: Screw the four provided feet mats into the designated holes on the bottom of the scale platform. Ensure they are tightened for stability.

- Install Handles (Optional): If desired, attach the durable PP handle to the side of the scale using the provided screws. This aids in portability.

- Secure Cable: Place the cable protective cover over the gap where the display cable exits the scale platform. Re-secure the lid of the accessory compartment by tightening the four screws.
- Install Display Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the LCD display and insert the 4 AA batteries, observing correct polarity.
- Connect Display: Plug the coiled cable from the scale platform into the DC input port on the LCD display unit.

4. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the display and its functions:

- Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button to turn the scale on. The display will show "0.00" when ready for use. Press again to turn off.
- Change Weighing Units: Press the MODE button to cycle through available weighing units: kg (kilograms) → lb (pounds) → oz (ounces) → lb-oz (pounds and ounces).
- Tare Function: To subtract the weight of a container or vessel, place the empty container on the platform and press the TARE button. The display will reset to "0.00". You can then add items to the container to weigh them accurately.

- Hold Function: Press the HOLD button to lock the current weight value on the display. This is useful for weighing moving animals or when the display is difficult to read during weighing.
- Change Weighing Capacity (C/R): The scale offers multiple weighing ranges for different accuracy levels. Press the C/R button to switch between the available capacities: 60kg/132lbs (0.02kg/0.04lb Accuracy), 120kg/264lbs (0.05kg/0.11lb Accuracy), and 200kg/440lbs (0.1kg/0.22lb Accuracy). Choose the appropriate range for your weighing needs.
- Piece Counting (PCS): This function allows you to count items of uniform weight. Place a sample quantity (e.g., 25, 50, or 100 pieces) on the scale, then press the PCS button and follow the on-screen prompts to calibrate. After calibration, adding more items will display the count.
5. Maintenance and Care
To ensure the longevity and accuracy of your LEYSRIS PCR-2126 scale, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe the stainless steel platform with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the surface or electronic components. Ensure the scale is dry before storage or next use.
- Storage: Store the scale in a dry, stable environment away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and high humidity.
- Battery Replacement: If using batteries, replace them when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Remove batteries if the scale will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
- Calibration: While the scale is factory-calibrated, professional re-calibration may be required periodically for optimal accuracy, especially after significant impacts or prolonged use. Refer to a qualified technician for calibration services.
- Avoid Overload: Do not exceed the maximum weighing capacity of 440lbs (200kg) to prevent damage to the load cells.
