Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the charging case and a power source. The LED digital battery indicator on the case will display the charging status and remaining power. Each earbud can last 8 hours on a single charge, with a total playtime of 64 hours with the charging case.

2. One-Step Auto Pairing

After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to your device. Simply take both headsets out from the wireless charging case, and they will connect to each other automatically. The earbuds feature Bluetooth 5.3 technology, providing a stable, zero-lag wireless connection within a 33ft transmission range.

• First Time Pairing:
  1. Open the charging case and remove both earbuds.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings.
  3. Search for "S18" in the list of available devices and select it to pair.
  4. Once connected, you will hear an audio confirmation.
• Subsequent Pairing: Simply remove the earbuds from the case, and they will automatically connect to the last paired device.
• Single Earbud Mode: Either earbud can be used independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will connect to your device.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing with device:
  • Ensure both earbuds are removed from the charging case.

  • Forget "S18" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Ensure earbuds and case have sufficient charge.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then remove them simultaneously.
  • Check if the earbud has charge.
• Poor sound quality:
  • Ensure earbuds are clean and free of debris.
  • Try different sized silicone ear caps for a better seal in your ear.
