1. Introduction

The AGPTEK T05 is a high-performance, cost-effective digital audio player designed for a versatile entertainment experience. Featuring a 4-inch IPS LCD touch screen with 480*960 resolution, it offers clear visuals and intuitive operation. Equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2, it allows for seamless connectivity and a wide range of functions including music playback, video viewing, e-book reading, FM radio, and recording. 2.2 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the player. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the player's Type-C port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.

2.3 Power On/Off

To power on: Press and hold the power button until the screen lights up.
To power off: Press and hold the power button, then select "Power off" on the screen.
To restart: Press and hold the power button, then select "Restart" on the screen.

3. Basic Operations

3.1 Touch Screen Navigation

The AGPTEK T05 features a responsive touch screen for intuitive control. Tap icons to open applications, swipe to navigate between screens, and use pinch-to-zoom gestures where applicable.

3.2 Wi-Fi Connectivity

To connect to a Wi-Fi network:

Go to Settings.
Select Network & Internet.
Turn on Wi-Fi.
Select your desired network from the list and enter the password if prompted.

3.3 Bluetooth Connectivity

To pair with Bluetooth devices (e.g., headphones, speakers):

Go to Settings.
Select Connected devices.
Turn on Bluetooth.
Select Pair new device and choose your device from the list.

3.4 Expanding Storage with MicroSD Card

The device supports microSD cards up to 32GB (sold separately) for expanded storage. Insert the microSD card into the designated slot until it clicks into place. The device will automatically detect the card.

4. Operating Functions

4.1 Music Playback

Access the "Music" application from the home screen. You can browse music by artist, album, song, or folder. The player supports various formats including FLAC for Hi-Fi lossless audio quality.

4.2 Video Playback

Open the "Video" application to play stored video files. The 4-inch HD screen provides a clear viewing experience for movies and dramas.

4.3 E-book Reader

The device supports TXT file reading. Open the "E-book" application to access your digital books. Adjust font size and background for comfortable reading.

4.4 FM Radio

Plug in the earphones (they act as an antenna) and open the "FM Radio" application. You can scan for available stations and save your favorites.

4.5 Recording Function

Use the built-in microphone and the "Recorder" application to capture audio. This is useful for lectures, meetings, or personal notes.

4.6 Other Applications

The device includes various other useful applications such as a calculator, puzzle games, and an image viewer. You can also access web content via Wi-Fi for learning or entertainment.

5. Maintenance

Keep the device dry. Avoid exposure to moisture or liquids.
Clean the screen and body with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Protect the screen with the provided screen protector.
Avoid extreme temperatures.
Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
Regularly back up important data to a computer or cloud storage.

6. Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
MicroSD card not recognized or playback issues.	If the memory card exceeds 32GB, it is forcibly formatted to exFAT, but Android/Linux does not support exFAT. Connect the memory card to a computer and format it to "FAT" format. Try a different memory card.
Screen touch response is poor or slow.	Avoid using multiple applications simultaneously. Regularly clean the MP4 player's memory. If stuck, try restarting or updating the device. If the MP4 player clearly generates heat, it affects the machine's operating speed. Temporarily stop using the machine or reduce the number of software running in the background. Try resetting or updating the device.
Cannot input alphabet characters for Wi-Fi settings.	If stuck, try resetting or updating the device. The system does not have a Japanese input method, so you may need to download a Japanese input method.
PC does not recognize the device.	When connecting to a computer, power on the device and then connect it to the computer. If the disk is not found, it may be due to hardware interface issues. For example, if the TF card socket has poor contact or is damaged, remove the card and try again. Check if the cable or other computer ports are problematic, and rule out issues with the cable or computer's port driver. After inserting the memory card into the device, check if the capacity is displayed, or try a different memory card. If the same device and cable are recognized by a Windows system but not by a Mac, check your Mac's version information. Note that new Macs since 2017 may have canceled USB interfaces. To connect to a Mac, you may need to change the adapter. If the adapter is unstable, it may affect the link to external devices.
Screen static/malfunction on startup.	This may be due to poor contact between the screen's FPC and the motherboard, or damage to the motherboard. Try restoring factory settings or updating the device.
YouTube/Chrome freezes or requires updates that fail.	Try restoring factory settings.
