5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Recording
Once powered on, the dash cam will automatically begin recording in Full HD 1080P resolution. The recording will stop when the vehicle's ignition is turned off and power is disconnected.
5.2 Seamless Loop Recording
The dash cam continuously records video in segments. When the memory card is full, the oldest unlocked files are automatically overwritten by new recordings. This ensures uninterrupted recording without manual intervention.

5.3 G-Sensor (Collision Protection)
The built-in G-sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. In such an event, the current video segment is automatically locked and protected from being overwritten by loop recording. This preserves critical footage for evidence.

5.4 Parking Monitor
When enabled, the parking monitor feature allows the dash cam to automatically record brief videos if it detects collisions or impacts while your car is parked. This provides security and evidence for incidents like hit-and-runs.
Note: To enable 24/7 parking monitoring, a separate dash cam hardwire kit (not included) is required to provide continuous power to the device.

5.5 Night Vision
The dash cam's night vision feature automatically adjusts to varying light levels, optimizing recording quality in low-light conditions. This ensures clear footage even during nighttime driving.
5.6 Wide Dynamic Range (WDR)
WDR technology helps the dash cam capture balanced video in challenging lighting conditions, such as strong backlighting or sudden changes from dark to bright areas. It enhances image clarity by optimizing exposure across the entire frame.

5.7 Wide Angle Lens
The 176-degree wide-angle lens captures a broad view of the road, minimizing blind spots and providing extensive coverage of your surroundings.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning the Dash Cam
Wipe the lens and screen with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the device.
7.2 Memory Card Management
Regularly format the memory card (e.g., once a month) using the dash cam's menu to prevent data corruption and ensure smooth operation. Back up any important files before formatting.
8. Troubleshooting
- Dash cam does not power on: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the dash cam and the vehicle's power outlet. Check if the vehicle's power outlet is functioning.
- Recording stops unexpectedly: The memory card may be full or corrupted. Format the SD card via the dash cam's settings menu. Ensure the card is a high-speed Class 10 or higher.
- Mount does not hold: Clean the windshield surface and the suction cup thoroughly. Ensure the locking mechanism on the suction mount is fully engaged. High temperatures can sometimes affect suction cups; try repositioning or using a different mounting method if available.
- Video quality is poor: Ensure the lens is clean. Check the video resolution settings in the menu.
- Cannot transfer videos to computer: Connect the dash cam to your computer using a USB data cable, or remove the SD card and insert it into a card reader connected to your computer. Ensure your computer's operating system supports the video file format (AVI/MOV/WMV/H.264/FLV).
