2. Getting Started
2.1 Package Contents
Verify that your package contains the following items:

- USB Type-C Charging Cable

2.2 Device Layout

Familiarize yourself with the physical buttons and ports:
- Power Button: Located on the right side, used to turn the device on/off or wake/sleep the screen.
- Volume Buttons: Located on the right side, used to adjust media and call volume.

2.3 Inserting SIM Cards
The XS16 supports dual SIM cards. Follow these steps to insert your SIM cards:
- Power off the smartphone.
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
- Insert the SIM ejector tool (not included, use a thin pin if unavailable) into the small hole next to the tray to open it.
- Place your Nano-SIM cards into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards.
- Carefully reinsert the tray into the smartphone.
- Power on the smartphone.
Note: Ensure your SIM cards are compatible with the phone's network bands. Refer to the specifications section for supported bands.
2.4 Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the smartphone battery.
- Connect the USB Type-C cable to the phone's charging port.
