4. Setup

- DC 12V Power Supply: If PoE is not available, connect a DC 12V power adapter (not included) to the camera's Power Adapter Port, and then connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the camera's Network Cable Port.

4.3 App Installation and Initial Setup
To access and control your camera, download the MYEYE software. Ensure your camera and smartphone are connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during initial setup.
- Scan the QR code or search for "MYEYE" in your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your device. You may need to find the camera's serial number in the CMS or NVR.
- If needed, reset the camera by pressing and holding the reset button for 10 seconds until you hear a "beep" indicating "Reset Successfully". Wait for about 60 seconds for the camera to restart.
