Setup and Assembly
Assembly is designed to be straightforward. Follow the numbered steps in the provided instruction booklet. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
- Unpack Components: Carefully unpack all boxes and lay out components on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify all parts against the hardware list.
- Headboard Assembly: Attach the headboard components as per the instructions. Note that the headboard contains a hidden compartment for hardware during shipping.
- Frame Assembly: Connect the side rails and footboard to the headboard using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are finger-tightened initially.
- Support Legs: Install the central support legs and crossbars for mattress stability.
- Slat Installation: Position and secure the wooden slats onto the frame. The slats are designed to snap into place without bolts for easy installation.
- Hydraulic Lift Mechanism: Carefully attach the hydraulic lift mechanism to the frame. Ensure it is correctly aligned and secured.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, fully tighten all bolts and screws. Do not overtighten.
- Mattress Placement: Place your Queen size mattress directly onto the assembled slat base. No box spring is needed.

Operating Instructions
Lift-Up Storage Mechanism
The bed frame features a hydraulic lift mechanism for easy access to under-bed storage. To lift the mattress platform, grasp the fabric handle located at the foot of the bed and gently pull upwards. The hydraulic pistons will assist in lifting and holding the platform in an open position. To close, gently push the platform downwards until it fully retracts. Cushioned pneumatic levers control the landing speed for safety.

Adjustable Headboard and Storage
The headboard height is adjustable from a minimum of 40.6 inches to a maximum of 44.5 inches. It also features a shelf for convenient storage of small items like mobile phones, books, or decorations. The top part of the headboard can be opened to reveal a hidden storage space.
