Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.
1. Lubrication
Proper lubrication of the running belt is essential. You will need to lubricate the treadmill before the first use and periodically thereafter based on usage frequency.
| Usage Frequency | Maintenance Frequency |
|---|---|
| Less than 3 hours/week | Every 6 months |
| 3-5 hours/week | Every 3 months |
| More than 5 hours/week | Every 2 months |
Procedure:
- Turn off and unplug the treadmill.
- Remove the cap from the lubricant bottle. You may need to cut the tip of the nozzle.
- Use an unsharp tool (like the provided Allen wrench) to gently lift the running belt.
- Apply 4-5ml of lubricant oil evenly under the running belt, starting from the center and moving outwards. Repeat on the other side.
- No need to oil the entire board; the lubricant will spread during use.
- Plug in the treadmill and run it at a low speed (e.g., 1 mph) for 5 minutes to distribute the lubricant.

- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Periodically vacuum under the treadmill to prevent dust buildup from affecting motor performance.
