WARNING: To avoid personal injury and property damage, read all instructions before use. The hydraulic equipment operator must be a qualified operator familiar with the correct work process.

  • Use the correct power supply (120V/60Hz).
  • Disconnect the power supply before conducting power maintenance or repair work. All electrical work must be performed by workers with electrical qualification certification.
  • Do not use the crushed hose. Under high pressure, oil leakage can penetrate the skin and cause serious injury. If any injury, seek medical attention immediately.
  • Use the manufacturer-approved hydraulic oil (ISO 46#).
  • Do not pull or pull the remote control cable or the power cable when moving the AC power supply unit to prevent damage to the power cable.
  • The product must be monitored by the operator during the whole operation.
  • Do not use the product when the machine is seriously damaged, cable wear, deformation or poor shape.
  • Ensure the vehicle is empty before lifting.
  • When lifting the vehicle, keep a safe distance from the surrounding area.
  • Place the lift on a flat, solid surface, and use the rubber block under the bottom of the car.
  • Ensure that the rubber blocks are properly placed under the recommended lifting point of the vehicle.
  • Keep the lifted vehicle in balance. Press 'Up' to lift the vehicle and 'Down' to lower it.
  • Check the safety lock teeth. Ensure the mechanical safety lock teeth have been locked.
  • Before approaching the vehicle, check whether the four lock teeth have been locked.

The mechanical safety locks secure the vehicle in place once lifted. Important: When lowering the lifting bracket, manually open the safety lock first.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your VEVOR Portable Car Lift, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Uneven Lifting:
    • Cause: Air trapped in the hydraulic lines.
    • Solution: Perform the air bleeding procedure as described in the Setup section. Ensure all connections are tight.
  • Lift Won't Lift:
    • Cause: Insufficient hydraulic fluid, power unit issue, or remote control malfunction.
    • Solution: Check hydraulic fluid level. Verify power connection to the unit. Inspect remote control wiring for damage using a multimeter.
  • Lift Won't Lower:
    • Cause: Safety locks engaged, solenoid coil malfunction, or insufficient weight on the lift.
    • Solution: Ensure all safety locks are manually disengaged. Check if the solenoid coil is working (indicator light on, magnetic during operation). The lift requires a certain amount of weight (at least 26kg per side) to lower.
  • Oil Leaks:
    • Cause: Loose fittings or damaged gaskets.
    • Solution: Tighten all fittings. Replace any worn or damaged gaskets.
